mana dokumen dimaksud baru kami terima pada tanggal 25
Desember 2024, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa OJK telah
merekomendasikan dan menyatakan tidak keberatan atas
pencalonan Komisaris atas nama Sdr. Suryo Utomo.
Pengangkatan Sdr. Suryo Utomo sebagai Komisaris PT SMI telah
dilakukan oleh Menteri Keuangan melalui Keputusan Menteri
Keuangan selaku Pemegang Saham PT SMI Nomor: 296 Tahun
2024 tanggal 17 Juli 2024 sebagaimana disampaikan pada Surat
S-456/SMI/DU/0724 tanggal 18 Juli 2024.

Referring to the Letter of OJK dated December 19th 2024
Number: S-17/D.06/2024 on Response of approval application as
Commissioner of PT SMI, which the document has been received
on December 25th, 2024, hereby we inform that OJK has
recommend and do not object the appointment of Mr. Suryo
Utomo as Commissioner of PT SMI.
The appointment of Mr. Suryo Utomo as the Commissioner of PT
SMI has been conducted by the Minister of Finance through
Decree of Minister of Finance as the Shareholder of PT SMI
Number: 296 Year 2024 dated July, 17th, 2024 as submitted
through Letter S-456/SMI/DU/0724 dated July, 18th, 2024.
