PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Alamtri Resouces Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) pada tanggal 17
Desember 2024 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai keputusan Direksi
yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 16 Desember 2024, ADRO menyampaikan rencana
pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2024 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, Rasio Pelaksanaan dan Harga Pelaksanaan
ADRODRCN5A akan disesuaikan dengan formula di bawah ini:

X : yaitu IDR 2.655, Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
ADRODRCN5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT PT Alamtri Resouces Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) dated 17th
December 2024, related to Corporate Action – with the Board of Directors decision approved by the
Board Commissioner on the dated 16th December 2024, has resolved, ADRO had a plan for the
distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:
Total value of dividend has been Determined
Total Value of Dividend USD 200.000.000
Other securities in the form of equity that are convertible into shares NA
Dividend per share (if the receiving number of shares has been IDR NA
determined)

Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price
of ADRODRCN5A will be adjusted based on the formula below:
