Interim disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan keputusan Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal

Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, Rasio Pelaksanaan dan Harga Pelaksanaan
ADROBQCU5A akan disesuaikan dengan formula di bawah ini:

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ADROBQCU5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk , related to Corporate Action - Interim
Cash Dividend, it was conveyed with the Board of Directors' decision approved by the Board of Commissioners on the
date 16 December 2024, has resolved, ADRO had a plan for the distribution of interim dividends for the fiscal year
2024 which will be paid as follows:

of ADROBQCU5A will be adjusted based on the formula below:
