29Metals sebanyak 30.493.511 (tiga puluh juta empat ratus
sembilan puluh tiga ribu lima ratus sebelas) saham.

Description of Material Information or This Report of Material Information or Facts is in connection
Facts with the Companys Report of Material Information or Facts, as
follows:
1. The Companys letter number 139/DOID/OJK-BEI/XII/2024
dated 3 December 2024; and
2. The Companys letter number 146/DOID/OJK-BEI/XII/2024
dated 13 December 2024.
(collectively, referred to as the Initial Disclosure of Information).
All definitions in this Disclosure of Information shall have the
same meaning with definition in the Initial Disclosure of
Information, unless otherwise defined herein. As a follow-up to
the Initial Disclosure of Information, the Company hereby
announces that on 27 December 2024, BUMA SG has
exercised its right to the Entitlement Offer of 29Metals Shares
Subscription through Tranche II allocation by investing
30,493,511 (thirty million four hundred ninety-three thousand
five hundred eleven) shares.
For further information, please refer to the attached Disclosure
of Information.
