   Elnusa's Commitment to Education and Health: Adiwiyata
              Elnusa CSR Program in Indramayu
Indramayu, 23 December 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under Pertamina's
Upstream Subholding, continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting sustainable education and health in Indonesia through the
Adiwiyata Elnusa CSR (ADEL) program. The program, held on December 19 at SMKN 1 Losarang, Indramayu, was met with enthusiastic
participation from students.

This initiative aims to educate the younger generation, particularly on reproductive health and adolescent mental health, in alignment with
Elnusa's commitment to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education.

During the event, Elnusa invited Chanina Yustisia Dwi Lestari, M.Psi., a psychologist known as “Kakak Nina,” to lead a sharing session on
“Reproductive Health and Adolescent Mental Health.” With her extensive experience in sexual and reproductive health education, Kakak
Nina delivered the material interactively and engagingly. The students were encouraged to approach these health topics openly while being
given opportunities for discussion.

This is not Elnusa's first CSR Adiwiyata program. Previously, a similar initiative was successfully conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir,
Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra, near Elnusa's project sites for the Turn Around (TAR) activities at PHE Jambi Merang's Sungai Kenawang
Gas Plant and Pulau Gading Gas Plant. These efforts underscore Elnusa's commitment to supporting quality education sustainably across
various regions.

The Head of Public Relations at SMKN 1 Losarang expressed high appreciation for Elnusa’s efforts, stating that the program was highly
beneficial for students, particularly in raising awareness of reproductive health topics that are often considered taboo.

Elnusa’s Manager of Corporate Communication, Jayanty Oktavia Maulina, also remarked, “The Adiwiyata Elnusa CSR program is a tangible
manifestation of Elnusa's commitment to creating a positive impact on society, especially among the younger generation. Through this
initiative, we aim to make a meaningful contribution to shaping a generation that is not only intellectually capable but also physically and
mentally healthy. Moving forward, Elnusa will continue to innovate in its CSR programs to expand their impact across Indonesia,” said
Jayanty.

With the high enthusiasm shown by the students of SMKN 1 Losarang, this program proves that collaboration between industry and
