ENERGI ANDALAN (PTAEA). Pendirian PTAEA telah
dituangkan dalam Akta Pendirian Nomor 131 Tanggal 31
Oktober 2024 yang dibuat oleh Notaris ELIZABETH KARINA
LEONITA S.H., M.KN., yang berkedudukan di Jakarta Selatan.
dan telah mendapat pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak
Asasi Manusia pada tanggal 1 November 2024 No. AHU-
0086858.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024
Maksud dan tujuan pendirian PTAEA adalah berusaha dalam
bidang aktivitas angkutan laut dalam negeri untuk barang,
angkutan sungai, danau dan penyeberangan untuk barang,
serta aktivitas penyewaan dan sewa.
Struktur Permodalan PTAEA :
1. Modal Dasar sejumlah 1.000 lembar saham dengan
nilai nominal per saham sebesar Rp. 1.000.000.-
2. Modal Disetor dan Ditempatkan sejumlah 600 lembar
saham dengan nilai nominal per saham sebesar Rp.
1.000.000.-
Susunan Pemegang Saham
1. Perseroan, memiliki 60 saham atau setara dengan
10% dari keseluruhan saham PTAEA.
2. PT Andalan Power Tekniktama, memiliki 540 saham
atau setara dengan 90% dari keseluruhan saham PTAEA.

Facts established a Subsidiary under the name PT ASKARA
ENERGI ANDALAN (PTAEA). The establishment of PTAEA
has been outlined in the Deed of Establishment Number 131
dated October 31, 2024 made by Notary ELIZABETH KARINA
LEONITA S.H., M.KN., domiciled in South Jakarta. and has
received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights
on November 1, 2024 No. AHU-0086858. AH.01.01.YEAR
2024
The purpose and purpose of the establishment of PTAEA is to
do business in the field of domestic sea transportation
activities for goods, river transportation, lakes and crossings

PTAEA Capital Structure:
1. Authorized capital of 1,000 shares with a nominal
