Operational Updates of
PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk.
Direksi PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (“Perseroan”, dan bersama dengan anak
perusahaannya, “Grup”) dengan ini memberikan informasi terkini mengenai operasional
Ciemas Gold Project.
Direksi PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (“Perseroan”, dan bersama dengan anak
perusahaannya, “Grup”) merujuk pada pengumuman Perseroan tertanggal 10 Desember
2024 terkait Operational Updates dari Ciemas Gold Project (“Pengumuman”).
Sebagai tindak lanjut dari Pengumuman tersebut, Direksi ingin menyampaikan bahwa
dikarenakan oleh pemadaman listrik yang berkelanjutan sebagai akibat curah hujan tinggi
yang disebabkan oleh fenomena La Nina, Fasilitas Pemrosesan milik Grup saat ini tidak dapat
beroperasi karena kurangnya pasokan listrik dan kurangnya pasokan bahan bakar untuk
menyalakan generator cadangan di Fasilitas Pemrosesan. Meskipun telah bekerja sama
dengan erat dengan Perusahaan Listrik Negara / PLN, pasokan listrik ke Fasilitas Pengolahan
milik Grup masih belum dapat tersedia dengan stabil. Selain itu, kerusakan pada jalan dan
jembatan masih menjadi hambatan utama bagi vendor untuk dapat mengirimkan pasokan
barang, termasuk pasokan bahan bakar, ke lokasi tambang.
Meskipun demikian, sejauh ini tidak ada kerusakan pada infrastruktur Fasilitas Pemrosesan milik
Grup, maupun infrastruktur pendukungnya, dan semua karyawan di lokasi tambang dalam
kondisi baik.
Perusahaan akan terus memantau situasi dan membuat pengumuman yang sesuai jika ada
perkembangan material, termasuk dampak keuangan material terhadap Grup, jika ada.
Para pemegang saham dan calon investor Perusahaan diingatkan untuk berhati-hati saat
bertransaksi dalam sekuritas Perusahaan dan disarankan untuk membaca pengumuman ini
dan pengumuman lebih lanjut oleh Perusahaan dengan saksama. Jika ragu, pemegang
saham dan calon investor Perusahaan harus berkonsultasi dengan pialang saham, manajer
bank, pengacara, akuntan, atau penasihat profesional lainnya jika mereka ragu tentang
tindakan yang harus mereka ambil.

Operational Updates of

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (the “Company”, and
together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) refers to the Company’s announcement dated 10
December 2024 in relation to the Operational Updates on the Ciemas Gold Project (the
“Announcement”).
Further to the Announcement, the Board wishes to update that due to the continued power
outage as a result of the heavy rainfall caused by the La Nina phenomenon, the Group’s
Processing Facility is currently unable to operate due to the lack of electricity and lack of new
supplies of fuel to power the back-up fuel generators of the Processing Facility. Despite working
closely with Perusahaan Listrik Negara / PLN, the supply of electricity to the Group’s Processing
Facility continues to be unstable. In addition, the damages to the roads and bridges have
continued to prevent vendors from delivering any supplies, including new supplies of fuel, to
the mine site.
Notwithstanding, there has been no damage to the infrastructure of the Group’s Processing
Facility, as well as its supporting infrastructure to-date, and all headcount on the mine site has
been accounted for.
The Company will continue to monitor the situation and make appropriate announcement(s)
as and when there are material developments, including material financial impact to the
Group, if any.
Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are reminded to exercise caution when
dealing in the securities of the Company and are advised to read this announcement and any
further announcements by the Company carefully. When in doubt, shareholders and potential
investors of the Company should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors,
accountants or other professional advisors if they are in doubt about the actions that they
should take.
