PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk (“BBRI”) pada tanggal
16 Desember 2024 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai keputusan
Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 12 Desember 2024, BBRI menyampaikan

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT BBRIDRCJ5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk (“BBRI”) dated 16 th
December 2024, related to Corporate Action – with the Board of Directors decision approved by the
Board Commissioner on the dated 12th December 2024, has resolved, BBRI had a plan for the
distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:
