Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai dengan Akta Nomor 5 tanggal 20 Desember 2024 yang
dibuat di hadapan Notaris Devia Buniarto, S.H., M.Kn., kami
menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi bahwa Entitas Anak
Perseroan telah melakukan perubahan nama serta
Peningkatan Modal Dasar dan Modal ditempatkan/disetor
Entitas Anak Perseroan sebagai berikut:
a. Perubahan nama Perseroan menjadi PT Carsurin UAV
Solutions yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat branding atas
product service yang ditawarkan dalam bisnis geospasial;
b. Peningkatan Modal Dasar Perseroan semula sebesar Rp
2.000.000.000,- menjadi Rp 20.000.000.000,- yang terbagi
atas 20.000 lembar saham;
c. Peningkatan modal disetor dan ditempatkan Perseroan
semula Rp910.000.000,- menjadi Rp5.000.000.000,- ;

Sesudah : Rp 20.000.000.000,-
Peningkatan Modal ditempatkan dan disetor

menggunakan identitas lama tetap berlaku sampai dengan
berakhirnya perjanjian tersebut. Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan
menggunakan nama PT Carsurin UAV Solutions sebagai
identitas baru perusahaan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan nama entitas anak Perseroan beserta peningkatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan setoran modal akan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha Perseroan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau memperluas jaringan usaha sebagai bagian dari rencana
Perusahaan Publik strategis pengembangan usaha Perseroan dalam bidang
bisnis geospasial.

name and Increase Authorized Capital and Issued/Paid-up
Capital of of Subsidiaries Subsidiary of the Company as
follows:
a. Change of the Company's name to PT Carsurin UAV
Solutions which aims to strengthen the branding of product
services offered in the geospatial business.
b. Increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from IDR
2,000,000,000,- to IDR 20,000,000,000,- which is divided into
20,000 shares.
c. Increase paid-up and issued capital of the Company from
IDR 910,000,000,- to IDR 5,000,000,000,-

facts towards Issuers or Public increase in capital contribution will have a positive impact on
Company’s operational activities, legal, the Company to support the Company's business activities and
financial condition, or going concern expand its business network as part of the Company's
strategic business development plan in the geospatial
