Merujuk pada Pemanggilan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB”)
Kedua PT Modernland Realty Tbk (“Perseroan”) pada tanggal 23 Desember 2024
(“Pemanggilan RUPSLB Kedua”) dan dengan memperhatikan Pasal 20 Ayat (1) huruf c
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 15/POJK.04/2020 tentang Rencana dan
Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan Terbuka, Ralat
Pemanggilan ini hanya untuk menginformasikan bahwa RUPSLB Kedua ini dilaksanakan
mengingat RUPSLB Pertama telah diselenggarakan pada 12 Desember 2024, dan tidak
mencapai kuorum kehadiran. Ralat pemanggilan ini tidak mengubah tanggal
penyelenggaraan RUPSLB Kedua, tidak menambah mata acara RUPSLB Kedua dan/atau
tidak mengubah informasi lain di dalam Pemanggilan RUPSLB Kedua tertanggal 23
Desember 2024.

CORRECTION OF INVITATION
THE SECOND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
(the “CORRECTION OF INVITATION”)

Referring to the Invitation of the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
(“EGMS”) of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (the “Company”) dated December 23, 2024 (the
“Second EGMS Invitation”) and pursuant to Article 20 Paragraph (1) Letter c of the
Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Planning
and Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies, this
Correction of Invitation is issued solely to inform that the Second EGMS will be held due
to the First EGMS, convened on December 12, 2024, failingto reach the reguired guorum.
This Correction of Invitation does not alter the date of the Second EGMS, add any agenda
items, or change any other information provided in the Second EGMS Invitation dated 23
December 2024.
