BRI Finance akan mencadangkan dana untuk pembayaran pokok dan bunga Obligasi II BRI Finance Tahun 2023 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Juli 2026 sebesar Rp 303.000.000.000 (tiga ratus tiga miliar rupiah). 2. Dana tersebut akan tersedia pada rekening kas dan setara kas Perusahaan sebelum jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Juli 2026. Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga atas Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke dalam rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) secara tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. 3. Tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting lainnya yang akan dilakukan perusahaan terkait kesiapan perusahaan pembayaran Obligasi II BRI Finance Seri B Tahun 2023. Sudirman Kav.52-53 Jakarta 12190, Indonesia Up/Attn : Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan/Director of Listing Based on Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep00066/BEI/09- 2022 dated 30 September 2022 regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E, we hereby provide the following notification: 1. PT BRI Multifinance Indonesia will prepared funds to pay the principal and interest of BRI Finance Bond II Series B Year — 2023 amounting to Rp 303.000.000.000 (three hundred three billion rupiah) which due on July, 11 2026. 2. The funds will be available in the Company's cash and cash eguivalents before due on July, 11 2026. The fund for the payment of the Bonds principal settlement including its interest payment will be deposited into Indonesia Central (KSEI) account promptly according to the specified schedule. 3. There are no decisions or other important matters that will be made by the Company regarding the Company's readiness for the Payment of BRI Finance Bond II Series B Year 2023.
