Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Surat Mandiri, bulan Mei 2024 Description of Material Information or Facts fasilitas kredit Perseroan telah dikategorikan kredit dengan kolektibiltas 3 (Non- Performing Loan). Bulan November fasilitas kredit Perseroan telah dikategorikan Non- Performing Loan dengan kolektibilitas 5 (Macet). Perseroan tidak pernah menerima surat

Cilacap No. 1 Jakarta 10310 - INDONESIA Phone Fax 1162 21 3193 3018 1462 21 3193 3019 pemberitahuan mengenai status kolektibilitas 4 dan kami tidak mendapat keterangan penurunan ke kolektibilitas 5 yang dapat diterima dikarenakan kami tetap melakukan pembayaran cicilan pokok dan senantiasa kooperatif membicarakan penyelesaian bunga terhutang. Based on the Mandiri Letter, in May 2024 the Company's credit facility was categorized as a credit with collectibility 3 (Non-Performing Loan). In November the Company's credit facility was categorized as a Non-Performing Loan with collectibility 5 (Bad). The Company has never received a notification letter regarding the collectibility status of 4 and we have not received any information regarding a reduction to collectibility 5 which is acceptable because we continue to make principal installment payments and are always cooperative in discussing the settlement of interest owed. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. The impact of the incident, information or material facts on operational activities, legal, financial condition or business continuity of the issuer of Public Company. Selain dari perubahan klasifikasi hutang jangka panjang Perseroan menjadi hutang jangka pendek, Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan atas Pelaksanaan transaksi tersebut diatas.
