Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 19 Desember 2024, Perseroan telah melakukan
Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit tertanggal 19 Desember 2024
(Perjanjian Kredit), dengan menandatangani Perjanjian
Fasilitas Pinjaman dengan PT Bank Jabar Banten Syariah
(BJBS), dengan nilai plafond sebesar Rp 20,000,000,000.
Objek pembiayaan adalah aset Perseroan berupa tanah
dengan dokumen kepemilikan Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan
(SHGB) No 459 atas nama PT Graha Mitra Asia Tbk dengan
luas tanah 19,217 m2 terletak di Jl Raya Parung Bogor
Kelurahan Kemang, Kecamatan Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor,
Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Tujuan pembiayaan adalah Pembiayaan Modal Kerja untuk
Pembangunan sarana dan prasarana Proyek Perumahan
Greenland Foresthill
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta a. Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan yaitu
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dengan adanya tambahan pembiayaan dari Perbankan maka
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perseroan dapat melakukan pengembangan usaha dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menunjang kegiatan Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik b.Tidak ada dampak negatif ataupun dampak hukum terhadap
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
c.Terhadap kondisi keuangan akan meningkatkan likuiditas
keuangan Perseroan.

Agreement), by signing a Loan Facility Agreement with PT
Bank Jabar Banten Syariah (BJBS), with a ceiling value of IDR
20,000,000,000.
The object of financing is the Company's assets in the form of
land with ownership documents of Building Use Rights
Certificate (SHGB) No. 459 in the name of PT Graha Mitra
Asia Tbk with a land area of 19,217 m2 respectively located on
Jl Raya Parung Bogor Kemang Village, Kemang District, Bogor
Regency, West Java Province.
The purpose of financing is for Development of Facilities and
Infrastructure for the Greenland Foresthill Residence.
Impact of event, material information or a.The impact on the companys operational activities is that
facts towards Issuers or Public with additional financing from banking, the Company is able to
