Jawaban: Tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. 4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka? Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu. 5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Jawaban: Perseoran belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat. 6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Jawaban: Sampai dengan surat ini disampaikan, pemegang saham utama Perseroan belum memiliki rencana dalam waktu dekat untuk menambah kepemilikan saham pada Perseroan. Answer: The Company is not aware of any activities undertaken by certain shareholders. 5. Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including any corporate actions that may affect the listing Of the Company's shares on ihe Stock Exchange (within at least the next 3 months)? Answer: The Company has no plans to undertake any corporate actions in the near future. 6. The plans of the major shareholder regarding their shareholding in the Company. In this regard, we kindly ask the Corporate Secretary to Jirst inguire with the major shareholder before responding to this confirmation. Answer: As of the date of this letter, the majority shareholders of the Company do not have any plans to increase their shareholding in the Company in the near future.
