Bahwa Direksi Perseroan telah menerbitkan Surat Keputusan
No 068/KEP-DIR/HC.II/VI/2026 tanggal 17 Juni 2026 tentang
Pengangkatan Efektif Sdr. Dandy Indrawardhana Pandi
sebagai Direktur Korporat PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia
1906 Tbk.
Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut diatas, bersama ini kami
sampaikan bahwa:
Bpk. Dandy Indrawardhana Pandi telah efektif menjabat
sebagai Direktur Perseroan terhitung sejak tanggal 18 Juni
2026.

Based on the Company's Annual General Meeting of

Shareholders on May 26, 2026 ("Meeting"), among other

things, it was agreed to:
'Appointing Mr. Dandy Indrawardhana Pandi as Director
of the Company effective as of the closing of the Meeting,
which will be effective after obtaining approval from the
OJK for the fit and proper test and has fulfilled all
provisions of the laws and regulations in force in the
Republic of Indonesia, and is set out in a Board of
Directors' Decree,

That the Financial Services Authority has given approval for

the fit and proper assessment of Mr. Dandy Indrawardhana

Pandi based on:
Copy of the Decision of the Members af the Board of
Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority No.
KEPR-102/D.03/2026 dated June 15, 2026, concerning the
Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Dandy
Indrawardhana Pandi as Corporate Director of PT Bank
Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk, as conveyed through
the Financial Services Authority Letter No. SR-
430/PB.13/2026 dated June 17, 2026, concerning the
Submission of the Decision on the Results of the Fit and
Proper Test (PKK) for the Appointment of the Corporate
Director of PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk,
