BERBEKAL DANA HASIL IPO, PURI TUNJUKKAN KINERJA AGRESIF
DALAM PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMEN THE MONDE CITY
4 tahun pasca melantai di bursa, PURI menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat agresif. Secara nyata, PURI
buktikan kepada mata masyarakat atas progress pembangunan Phase 1 Apartemen The Monde City,
yang terdiri atas Tower M2, M3, M5 dan M6.
100% biaya yang digunakan untuk konstruksi Phase 1 Apartemen The Monde City ini berasal dari
cashflow penjualan Apartemen The Monde City itu sendiri dan pembiayaan dari perbankan.
Sehingga biaya konstruksi ini tidak bergantung pada dana hasil IPO PURI melainkan merupakan buah
dari kinerja cemerlang dari tim kerja PURI dalam memasarkan dan menjual Apartemen The Monde
City serta dukungan dari sektor perbankan.”

Sebagaimana diketahui pada tahun 2020, berbekal dana hasil IPO sebesar Rp 30.380.000.000 PURI
telah melakukan pembelian sebidang tanah SHGB seluas kurang lebih 4.3 Hektar melalui entitas
anak, PT Puri Karya Bersama. Tanah tersebut digunakan untuk membangun 10 Tower Apartemen
The Monde City. Pembangunan dan penjualan Apartemen The Monde City sendiri terbagi menjadi
beberapa phase, yang mana saat ini PURI fokus merampungkan Phase 1 yang terdiri atas Tower M2,
M3, M5 dan M6. Dengan demikian, PURI menargetkan untuk segera melakukan serah terima kepada
konsumen secara bertahap dimulai pada tahun 2025 mendatang.

THE MONDE CITY APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT
4 years after going public, PURI has shown very aggressive performance. PURI has proven to the
public the progress of Phase 1 of The Monde City Apartment, consisting of Towers M2, M3, M5 and
M6.
100% of the costs used for the construction of Phase 1 of The Monde City Apartment came from the
cash flow from the sales of The Monde City Apartment itself and bank financing. So that these
construction costs do not depend on the funds from PURI's IPO but are the fruit of the brilliant
performance of the PURI work team in marketing and selling The Monde City Apartment as well as
support from the banking sector."

As is known in 2020, with funds from the IPO of IDR 30,380,000,000, PURI has purchased a plot of
SHGB land of approximately 4.3 hectares through a subsidiary, PT Puri Karya Bersama. The land is
used to build 10 Towers of The Monde City Apartment. The construction and sale of The Monde City
Apartment itself are divided into several phases, where currently PURI is focused on completing
Phase 1 consisting of Towers M2, M3, M5 and M6. Therefore, PURI is targeting to immediately carry
out a handover to consumers in stages starting in 2025.
