    Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
    mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Perseroan
    telah menyampaikan seluruh informasi kepada publik sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas
    Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015.

    of the company's stocks or investors' investment decisions. The Company has disclosed
    all information to the public in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation

    Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
    mempengaruhi harga Efek Perseroan dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal.
    Perseroan telah menyampaikan seluruh informasi kepada publik sesuai dengan
    ketentuan III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
    Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025
    The Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value
    of the Company's stocks and/or investors' investment decisions. The Company has
    disclosed all information to the public in accordance with provision III.2.1. of Regulation
    Number I-E Attachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
    Indonesia Number: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025.

3.​ Apakah Perseroan mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
    diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan
    Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan
    Laporan Aktivitas Menjamin Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

   Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu.
   The Company is not aware of activities from any of the Company's shareholders.

4.​ Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
    dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
    Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
    Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
    including corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the
    Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?
    Tanggapan/Response:
    Sampai dengan surat ini dirilis, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
    tindakan korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham perseroan di Bursa
    dalam jangka waktu yang disebutkan di atas. Apabila ada kejadian atau transaksi
    material, maka perseroan akan segera melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi kepada publik
    sesuai dengan POJK 31/2015.
    As of the date of this letter, the Company has no plans to undertake any corporate
    action that would result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange
    within the time period stated above. In the event of any material event or transaction, the
    Company will promptly disclose such information to the public in accordance with FSA
    Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015.

5.​ Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
    efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
    publik.
    Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
    Company's securities and the Company's survival that have not been disclosed to the
    public.
    Tanggapan/Response:
    Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya
    informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
    efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
    publik. Apabila ada kejadian atau transaksi material, maka perseroan akan segera
    melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi kepada publik sesuai dengan POJK 31/2015.
    As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any other important
    information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the Company's
    securities and the Company's survival that have not been disclosed to the public. Should
    any material event or transaction occur, the Company will promptly disclose such
    information to the public in accordance with FSA Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015.

6.​ Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
    sahamnya di Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary
    menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
    konfirmasi tersebut.
    Are there any plans by the major and controlling shareholders' plans regarding their
    shareholdings in the Company? In this regard, the Corporate Secretary is requested to
    first consult with the major and controlling shareholders before responding to this
    confirmation.

Tanggapan/Response:
Corporate Secretary telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama
Perseroan mengenai rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Adapun penjelasannya adalah belum ada rencana yang akan dilakukan terhadap
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
The Corporate Secretary has obtained confirmation from the Company's major
shareholders regarding any plans concerning their share ownership in the Company.
Based on the information received, the major shareholders currently have no plans to
undertake any actions with respect to their shareholdings in the Company.
