JADWAL DAN TATA CARA PEMBAGIAN DIVIDEN KEPADA PARA PEMEGANG SAHAM
Dalam rangka melaksanakan Hasil Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan yang
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 17 Juni 2026 tentang pembagian dividen tunai final tahun 2025 sejumlah
Rp 60,000,000,000, maka bersama ini diberitahukan kepada seluruh Pemegang Saham Perseroan bahwa
jadwal dan tata cara pelaksanaannya adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Jadwal Pembagian Dividen :
a. Cum Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi : 25 Juni 2026
b. Ex Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Negosiasi : 26 Juni 2026
c. Cum Dividen di Pasar Tunai : 29 Juni 2026
d. Ex Dividen di Pasar Tunai : 30 Juni 2026
e. Recording Date DPS yang berhak atas Dividen : 29 Juni 2026
f. Pembayaran Dividen : 17 Juli 2026
2. Tata Cara Pembagian Dividen :
a. Pemberitahuan ini merupakan pemberitahuan resmi dari Perseroan, dan Perseroan tidak
mengeluarkan pemberitahuan secara khusus kepada Pemegang Saham.
b. Dividen Tunai tersebut akan dibagikan kepada para Pemegang Saham yang namanya tercantum
dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS) Perseroan (Recording Date) pada tanggal 29 Juni 2026
sampai dengan pukul 16.00 WIB.
c. Bagi Para Pemegang Saham yang masih menggunakan warkat dan menghendaki pembayaran
dilakukan melalui transfer ke dalam rekening banknya, dapat memberitahukan nama dan alamat
bank serta nomor rekeningnya selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 29 Juni 2026 secara tertulis
kepada Biro Administrasi Efek (BAE) Perseroan PT ADIMITRA JASA KORPORA, Rukan Kirana
Boutique Office Blok F3 No. 5, Jl. Boulevard Raya, Kelapa Gading Permai, Jakarta Utara 14250, Telp
: (021) 29745222, Fax. (021) 29289961.
d. Bagi Pemegang Saham yang sahamnya tercatat di Penitipan Kolektif PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI), pembayaran dividen dilakukan dengan pemindahbukuan melalui PT KSEI
selanjutnya PT KSEI akan mendistribusikannya ke rekening Perusahaan Efek atau Bank Kustodian
dimana para Pemegang Saham membuka rekening.
e. Dividen Tunai tersebut akan dikenakan pajak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan
perpajakan yang berlaku. Jumlah pajak yang dikenakan menjadi tanggungan Pemegang Saham
yang bersangkutan serta dipotong dari jumlah dividen tunai yang dibayarkan.
f. Bagi Pemegang Saham yang merupakan Wajib Pajak Luar Negeri yang pemotongan pajaknya akan
menggunakan tarif berdasarkan Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak Berganda (P3B) wajib
memenuhi persyaratan Pasal 26 Undang-undang Pajak Penghasilan No. 36 Tahun 2008,
Pemegang Saham tersebut harus mengirimkan asli Surat Keterangan Domisili yang dikeluarkan
oleh Negara yang memiliki P3B dengan Indonesia, atau foto copy Surat Keterangan Domisili yang
dilegalisasi oleh Pejabat Bank Kustodian, selambat-lambatnya tanggal 05 Juli 2024 pukul 16.00
WIB. Bilamana sampai dengan batas waktu yang telah disebutkan diatas BAE Perseroan belum
menerima Surat Keterangan Domisili tersebut maka dividen yang akan dibayarkan akan dikenakan
PPh Pasal 26 dengan tarif sebesar 20%.

SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES FOR DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION TO SHAREHOLDERS
In order to implement the Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June
17, 2026 regarding the distribution of the final cash dividend year 2025 amounting to Rp.
60,000,000,000, , it is hereby notified to all the Company’ Shareholders that the schedule is and the
implementation procedures are as follows:
1. Dividend Distribution Schedule:
a. Cum Dividend in Regular Market and Negotiation Market : June 25, 2026
b. Ex Dividend in Regular Market and Negotiation Market : June 26, 2026
c. Cum Dividend in Spot Market : June 29, 2026
d. Ex Dividend in Spot Market : June 30, 2026
e. Recording Date of DPS entitled to Dividend : June 29, 2026
f. Dividend Payment : July 17, 2026
2. Dividend Distribution Procedures:
a. This is an official notice and the Company does not issue a special notification to shareholders.
b. Cash dividend will be paid out to shareholders whose names are listed on the shareholders list
(Recording Date) on June 29, 2026 until at 16.00 WIB.
c. Shareholders who are still using scripts and want payment to be made by transfer to their
bankaccount, can notify the name and address of the bank and the account number not later
than June 29, 2026 in writing to the Company's Securities Administration Agency (BAE) PT
ADIMITRA JASA KORPORA, Rukan Kirana Boutique Office Blok F3 No. 5, Jl. Boulevard Raya,
Kelapa Gading Permai, North Jakarta 14250, Tel: (021) 29745222, Fax. (021) 29289961.
d. For Shareholders whose shares are registered in the Collective Custody of PT Kustodian Sentral
Efek Indonesia (KSEI), dividend payments are made by book-entry through PT KSEI, then
PT KSEI will distribute them to the accounts of the Securities Company or Custodian Bank
where the Shareholders open accounts.
e. The Cash Dividend will be taxed in accordance with the applied tax laws and regulations. The
amount of tax charge will be borne by the Shareholders concerned and deducted from the
amount of cash dividends paid.
f. Shareholders who are foreign taxpayers whose withholding tax will use rates based on the
Agreement to Avoid Double Taxation (P3B) must meet the requirements of Article 26 of the
Income Tax Law No. 36 in 2008, the Shareholders must send an original of the Certificate of
Domicile issued by the State having P3B with Indonesia, or a copy of the Certificate of Domicile
legalized by the Custodian Bank Official, not later than July 05, 2024 at 16.00 WIB. If up to the
time limit stated above, the BAE of the Company has not received the Domicile Certificate, the
dividends to be paid will be subject to Income Tax Article 26 at a rate of 20%.
