Subject : Disclosure of Information Regarding Working Capital Loan ("Perpetual Loan") From the
Company to Its Subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas Multifinance

Dear Sir/Madam,

In order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No.
31/POJK.04/2015 dated December 16, 2015, regarding the Disclosure of Material Facts by Issuers or
Public Companies, we hereby submit the following information :

I. PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk has provided a Working Capital Loan to its subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas
Multifinance, in the form of a Perpetual Loan amounting to IDR 400,000,000,000 (four hundred
billion Rupiah). This Perpetual Loan has no interest feature and an unspecified term, and it will be
recorded as the Company's eguity.

II. The amount of the working capital loan does not exceed 206 of the Company's eguity, and
therefore, this transaction is not considered material.

III. The transaction date is December 19, 2024.

IV. There is no impact from this event, information, or material fact on the Company, either in terms
Of operational activities, financial condition and financial projections, legal implications, or business
continuity.
