2. Informasi produk-produk Indomie yang ditarik oleh Food Standards Australia.

   Tanggapan:

   Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari situs web Food Standards Australia New Zealand
   (FSANZ), produk-produk Indomie yang ditarik adalah:

      Indomie Mi Goreng Rasa Rendang - Kedaluwarsa 03.05.25 dan 23.12.24
      Indomie Rasa Ayam Bawang - Kedaluwarsa 28.04.25 dan 01.04.25
      Indomie Rasa Soto Mie - Kedaluwarsa 27.04.2025 dan 10.04.25
      Indomie Mi Goreng Aceh - Kedaluwarsa 25.12.24 dan 03.04.25

   Berdasarkan hasil penelaahan Perseroan, produk-produk di atas hanya ditujukan untuk pasar
   Indonesia yang sudah mendapat Nomor Izin Edar (NIE) dari BPOM RI dan telah mencantumkan
   bahan alergen dalam kandungan bahan dengan tulisan yang dicetak tebal sebagaimana disyaratkan
   dalam Peraturan BPOM RI No. 31 Tahun 2018 tentang Label Pangan Olahan.

   Produk mi instan yang diekspor oleh Perseroan ke Australia tertulis “Export Product” dan
   menggunakan keterangan dalam Bahasa Inggris yang dicetak langsung pada label kemasannya,
   termasuk pencantuman kandungan alergen sebagaimana yang disyaratkan oleh otoritas Australia.

3. Apakah terdapat potensi sanksi dari otoritas terkait di Australia atas Produk Perseroan yang ditarik
   tersebut? Mohon penjelasan dari Perseroan.

   Tanggapan:

   Sehubungan dengan penarikan tersebut, hingga saat ini tidak terdapat potensi sanksi dari otoritas
   terkait di Australia yang ditujukan kepada Perseroan.

4. Dampak dari penarikan produk Indomie tersebut terhadap keuangan Perseroan yaitu pendapatan,
   laba operasional dan laba tahun berjalan.

   Tanggapan:

   Kejadian tersebut tidak memberikan dampak material pada kegiatan operasional maupun kinerja
   keuangan Perseroan.

5. Tindak lanjut Perseroan untuk dapat mengedarkan kembali produk Perseroan dan estimasi waktu
   produk Perseroan dapat diedarkan kembali di Australia.

   Tanggapan:

   Hingga saat ini, seluruh produk mi instan Perseroan yang diekspor secara resmi ke Australia tetap
   dapat dipasarkan dan didistribusikan secara normal oleh distributor resmi yang ditunjuk oleh
   Perseroan, tanpa ada penarikan atau penahanan produk oleh otoritas Australia.

   perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.

   Tanggapan:

   Tidak terdapat informasi atau kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
   kelangsungan hidup Perseroan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan yang belum
   diungkapkan ke publik.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Following request of Indonesia Stock Exchange through Integrated Electronic Reporting System for
Issuers and Public Companies in its letter number S-13339/BEI.PP2/12-2024 dated 18 December 2024
regarding Request of Explanation on Media Reports entitled “Australia Recalled Indomie from Circulation”
published by CNN Indonesia on 18 December 2024, hereby PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (the
“Company”) wishes to provide the explanation as follows:

1. Clarification on the accuracy of such media report.

   Response:

   All instant noodles produced by the Company in Indonesia are processed in compliance with the food
   safety standards set by the Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control (“BPOM RI”) and
   also the Codex Standard for Instant Noodles. The Company’s instant noodles have received
   Indonesian National Standard Certification (SNI), and are produced in certified production facilities
   based on international standards of ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 for Food Safety Management System.

   Consumer branded products that are officially exported overseas by the Company always comply with
   food safety requirements, regulations and provisions in each export destination country where the
   products are marketed, including Australia. Therefore, instant noodles that are officially exported by
   the Company to Australia have complied with the relevant regulations set by the Australian authority.

   Based on the Company’s assessment, the instant noodles referred in the media reports are not
   officially exported by the Company for the Australian market, but a parallel import carried out by the
   importers who are not the Company’s official distributors, as the packet labeling is in Bahasa Indonesia
   and not in English.

2. List of products recalled by Food Standards Australia.

   Response:

   Based on the information provided in the official website of Food Standards Australia New Zealand
   the recalled product are as follows:

         Indomie Mi Goreng Rasa Rendang - Best before 03.05.25 and 23.12.24
         Indomie Rasa Ayam Bawang - Best before 28.04.25 and 01.04.25
         Indomie Rasa Soto Mie - Best before 27.04.2025 and 10.04.25
         Indomie Mi Goreng Aceh - Best before 25.12.24 and 03.04.25

   Based on the Company’s assessment, these above mentioned products are only intended for the
   Indonesian market, have received a Nomor Izin Edar (NIE or Distribution Permit Number) from BPOM
   RI and declared allergen disclaimer in the list of ingredients with bold type as required by BPOM RI
   Regulation No. 31 Year 2018 concerning Processed Food Labels.

   On the packaging of the instant noodles products exported to Australia by the Company are stated as
   “Export Product” and all information written in English are printed directly on the products packaging
   including the declaration of allergens as required by the Australian authorities.

3. Please explain sanctions that will be potentially imposed to the Company by Australian authority in
   regards to the products recall.

   Response:

   Following the recall, to date, there are no potential sanctions imposed from the relevant authorities in
   Australia addressed to the Company.

4. Impact of the recall toward financial performance of the Company, includes revenue, EBIT and profit.

   Response:

   This event did not have any material impact to the Company’s operational or financial performance.

5. Follow up that needs to be taken to re-distribute the Company’s products in Australia and its time
   estimation.

   Response:

   To date, all of the Company's instant noodle products that are officially exported to Australia remain
   marketed and distributed normally by the official distributors of the Company, without any recall or
   product detention from the authorities in Australia.

   Response:

   There are no material facts/information/events that have not been disclosed to the public that could
   significantly affect the Company, or the fluctuation of the Company’s shares price.
