Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 19 Desember 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
Elnusa), anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang
tergabung dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, menutup
tahun 2024 dengan menggelar Aksi Donor Darah di Ruang
Udaya, Graha Elnusa, Jakarta (17/12). Kegiatan tersebut
diikuti oleh 137 peserta terdiri dari pekerja Elnusa, tenant
gedung, mitra kerja, dan masyarakat sekitar. Atas jumlah
tersebut, terkumpul 122 kantong darah, yang nantinya
disalurkan melalui Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) untuk
membantu memenuhi kebutuhan darah bagi pasien
membutuhkan di berbagai wilayah.
Corporate Secretary Elnusa, Frida Lidwina, menyatakan Aksi
Donor Darah ini lebih dari sekadar kegiatan medis. "Donor
darah merupakan bukti nyata kepedulian terhadap sesama.
Dengan semangat ini, Perwira Elnusa dan seluruh peserta
secara sukarela berpartisipasi, menjadikan kegiatan Aksi
Donor Darah Elnusa sebagai tempat di mana setetes darah
dapat memberikan harapan bagi mereka yang membutuhkan,"
ujar Frida.
Sepanjang tahun 2024, Elnusa Group berhasil mengumpulkan
998 kantong darah melalui rangkaian Aksi Donor Darah yang
diselenggarakan di berbagai lokasi kerja Elnusa dan Anak
Perusahaanya, seperti Graha Elnusa, Warehouse Mundu,
TAP Pali, Kalimantan dan wilayah lainnya.
Keberhasilan kegiatan ini tidak lepas dari tingginya partisipasi
dan semangat kemanusiaan Pekerja Elnusa dan seluruh
peserta. Selain membantu PMI menjaga ketersediaan darah di
Indonesia, aksi ini juga mengingatkan akan pentingnya
gotong-royong dalam mendukung mereka membutuhkan.
Frida menambahkan "Elnusa memiliki lokasi kerja yang
menyebar di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, untuk itu tujuan
kegiatan Aksi Donor Darah Elnusa ini tidak hanya terbatas di
area perkotaan, tetapi juga menjangkau daerah-daerah untuk
memastikan pasokan darah yang merata dan memberikan
kebermanfaatan yang lebih luas yaitu setidaknya dapat
menyelamatkan lebih banyak nyawa di berbagai wilayah,"
ungkap Frida.
Kegiatan donor darah ini mendukung Tujuan 3 dari
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), yaitu "Good Health
and Well-being" (Kesehatan yang Baik dan Kesejahteraan).
Elnusa berharap aksi ini dapat menginspirasi lebih banyak
pihak untuk berkontribusi dalam upaya membantu sesama,
sekaligus memperkuat hubungan baik antara perusahaan,
mitra kerja, dan masyarakat. Aksi ini menjadi penutup manis
tahun 2024 sekaligus penanda dedikasi Elnusa memberikan
dampak positif yang berkelanjutan untuk tahun-tahun
mendatang.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 19 December 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
Facts Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE)
under Pertamina's Subholding Upstream, concluded 2024 with
a Blood Donation Drive held at Ruang Udaya, Graha Elnusa,
Jakarta, on December 17. The event was attended by 137
participants, including Elnusa employees, building tenants,
business partners, and the surrounding community. A total of
122 units of blood were collected and will be distributed
through the Indonesian Red Cross (Palang Merah
Indonesia/PMI) to meet the needs of patients in various
regions.
Elnusa's Corporate Secretary, Frida Lidwina, emphasized that
the Blood Donation Drive is more than just a medical activity.
"Blood donation is a genuine act of care for others. With this
spirit, Elnusa personnel and all participants voluntarily took
part, making Elnusa's Blood Donation Drive a platform where a
drop of blood can bring hope to those in need," stated Frida.
Throughout 2024, the Elnusa Group successfully collected 998
units of blood through a series of Blood Donation Drives
conducted at various Elnusa and subsidiary work sites,
including Graha Elnusa, the Mundu Warehouse, TAP Pali,
Kalimantan, and other locations.
This success reflects the high level of participation and
humanitarian spirit of Elnusa employees and all participants. In
addition to supporting PMI in maintaining blood supply across
Indonesia, this initiative serves as a reminder of the
importance of collective efforts in assisting those in need. Frida
added, "Elnusa operates in various regions across Indonesia.
Therefore, the goal of the Elnusa Blood Donation Drive
extends beyond urban areas to reach remote regions,
ensuring an equitable blood supply and delivering broader
benefits, ultimately saving more lives in different parts of the
country," she explained.
This blood donation initiative aligns with Goal 3 of the
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely "Good
Health and Well-being." Elnusa hopes that this action will
inspire more people to contribute to helping others while
strengthening relationships between the company, business
partners, and the community. This activity serves as a
meaningful close to 2024 and a testament to Elnusa's
dedication to creating lasting positive impacts in the years to
come.
