Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 3 September 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA),
perusahaan jasa energi terintegrasi yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina,
terus memperkuat pasar non-captive melalui kapabilitas
teknologi dan operational excellence. Elnusa kembali
memperoleh kepercayaan dari pelanggan di luar Pertamina
Group untuk melaksanakan dua proyek Survei Seismik 3D
dengan total area sekitar 150 km2 di Kabupaten Musi
Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Proyek yang ditargetkan
selesai pada awal 2027 tersebut melanjutkan dua pekerjaan
seismik 3D sebelumnya seluas 365 km2 di area berdekatan.
Keberlanjutan proyek dari pelanggan yang sama menjadi
salah satu bentuk kepercayaan terhadap kemampuan Elnusa
dalam mengelola pekerjaan seismik dengan kompleksitas
teknis dan operasional yang tinggi. Secara kumulatif,
rangkaian pekerjaan tersebut mencakup area sekitar 515 km2,
sekaligus memperkuat rekam jejak Perseroan di pasar
geoscience non-captive. Pengembangan pasar di luar
ekosistem Pertamina menjadi bagian dari strategi Elnusa
untuk memperluas basis pelanggan, mengoptimalkan utilisasi
aset dan kompetensi, serta membuka sumber pertumbuhan
baru.
Corporate Secretary Elnusa, Rustam Aji, mengatakan
keberlanjutan kepercayaan pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa
kapabilitas yang dibangun Elnusa mampu bersaing di pasar
eksternal. "Bagi kami, proyek non-captive merupakan validasi
terhadap daya saing Elnusa. Kepercayaan untuk kembali
mengerjakan proyek di area yang berdekatan menunjukkan
bahwa teknologi, kompetensi personel, serta kualitas eksekusi
yang kami bangun dapat memberikan value bagi pelanggan.
Strategi kami adalah terus mengkonversi keunggulan tersebut
menjadi peluang pasar dan pertumbuhan bisnis yang
berkelanjutan," ujar Rustam.
Dalam pelaksanaan proyek, Elnusa mengoptimalkan teknologi
STRYDE Nimble Seismic System sebagai bagian dari
penguatan teknologi seismik generasi terbaru yang dilakukan
Perseroan sejak awal 2026. Sebelumnya, Elnusa telah
melakukan investasi strategis pada 25.000 STRYDE Range+
nodes yang didukung STRYDE Nimble System dan STRYDE
Mini System. Kombinasi teknologi tersebut memberikan
fleksibilitas lebih tinggi dalam desain dan pelaksanaan survei,
mendukung pengerjaan proyek secara simultan, serta
mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya untuk akuisisi
seismik 2D maupun 3D.
Teknologi nodal tersebut juga mendukung akuisisi data
seismik berdensitas tinggi dengan kualitas yang lebih baik,
mempercepat siklus survei, serta meningkatkan efisiensi
operasi. Karakter perangkat yang ringkas dan fleksibel
memberikan keunggulan dalam menghadapi kondisi lapangan
yang kompleks dan akses yang terbatas. Bagi Elnusa,
investasi teknologi tidak hanya diarahkan untuk memperkuat
kapabilitas teknis, tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan
produktivitas aset, daya saing layanan, dan kemampuan
Perseroan menangkap peluang pasar yang lebih luas.
Keunggulan tersebut relevan dengan karakter dua proyek di
Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin yang melintasi kondisi area
beragam, mulai dari kawasan hutan, aliran sungai, area
pertambangan hingga permukiman masyarakat. Kondisi
tersebut membutuhkan perencanaan survei yang adaptif,
kesiapan personel dan teknologi, serta pengelolaan operasi
yang disiplin. Elnusa juga memastikan aspek HSSE,
kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan perizinan, serta komunikasi
dan sosialisasi dengan pemerintah daerah, masyarakat dan

pemangku kepentingan setempat menjadi bagian integral
dalam setiap tahapan pekerjaan.
Penguatan bisnis geoscience tersebut sejalan dengan arah
strategis Elnusa untuk menjadikan teknologi dan inovasi

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 3 September 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA), an
Facts integrated energy services company and part of Pertamina's
Upstream Subholding, continues to strengthen its presence in
the non-captive market through technological capabilities and
operational excellence. Elnusa has once again earned the
trust
of a customer outside the Pertamina Group to undertake two
3D Seismic Survey projects covering a total area of
approximately 150 km2 in Musi Banyuasin
Regency, South Sumatra. Targeted for completion in early
2027, these projects follow two previous 3D seismic projects
covering 365 km2 in adjacent areas.
The continuation of projects from the same customer reflects
confidence in Elnusa's ability to manage seismic operations
with a high degree of technical and operational complexity.
Cumulatively, the series of projects covers approximately 515
km2, further strengthening the Company's track record in the
non-captive geoscience market. Expanding beyond the
Pertamina ecosystem forms part of Elnusa's strategy to
broaden its customer base, optimize the utilization of its assets
and competencies, and unlock new sources of growth.
Elnusa Corporate Secretary, Rustam Aji, said that continued
customer confidence demonstrates that the capabilities
developed by Elnusa are competitive
in the external market. "For us, non-captive projects serve as
validation of Elnusa's competitiveness. Being entrusted once
again to undertake projects in adjacent areas demonstrates
that the technology, personnel competencies, and execution

growth," said Rustam.
In executing the projects, Elnusa is optimizing the STRYDE
Nimble Seismic System as part of the Company" efforts to
strengthen its next-generation seismic technology capabilities
since early 2026. Previously, Elnusa made a strategic
investment in 25,000 STRYDE Range+ nodes, supported by
the STRYDE
Nimble System and STRYDE Mini System. This combination
of technologies provides greater flexibility in survey design and
execution, enables
simultaneous project operations, and optimizes resource
utilization for both 2D and 3D seismic acquisition.
The nodal technology also supports higher-density seismic
data acquisition with improved data quality, accelerates survey
cycles, and enhances operational efficiency. Its compact and
flexible design provides an advantage when operating in
complex field conditions and areas with limited access.
For Elnusa, technology investment is not only aimed at
strengthening technical capabilities, but also at improving
asset productivity, enhancing service competitiveness, and
increasing the Company's ability to capture broader market
opportunities.
These advantages are particularly relevant to the
characteristics of the two projects in Musi Banyuasin Regency,
which traverse diverse environments ranging from forest areas
and rivers to mining areas and residential communities. Such
conditions require adaptive survey planning, readiness of
personnel and technology, as well as disciplined operational
management. Elnusa also ensures that Health, Safety,
Security & Environment (HSSE), regulatory and permitting
compliance, as well as communication and engagement with
local governments, communities, and other local stakeholders,
