  5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
     termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
     (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

       Does the Company have plons to take corporote action in the near future, including corporote plans
       that will result in the listing of the Company's shores on the Stock Exchange (at leost in the next 3
       months)?

  Penielasan:
    Sampai saat ini Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dengan
    nilai material, apabila dalam waktu dekat (3 bulan ke depan) terdapat rencana melakukan tindakan
     korporasi, maka kami akan menginformasikan kepada bursa sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

       The Company has no plons to corry out any corporote actions that hold materiol value, ot leost until
       now. lf in the neor future (3 months ohead) the Company has the plan to hold corporate oction, we
       will inform Burso Efek lndonesia in occordance with the applicoble regulation.

  6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
       Perseroan? Dalam hai ini, mohon kiranya Corporqte Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
       pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasitersebut.

       Plans of mojor shoreholders related to their shore ownership in the Company. ln this regard, please
       osk the Corporqte Secretary to ask the main shoreholders first to onswer this confirmotion.

     Kami sudah menanyakan kepada pemegang saham utama dan disampaikan bahwa mereka belum
    ada rencana apapun terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan, dalam arti kepemilikan saham
     utama tetap dipertahankan.

       We have asked the ultimote shoreholders ond conveyed that they have not had any plans regarding
       their share ownership in the Company, which means thot the shore ownership will be retained.
