Penandatangan Perubahan Kesebelas Perjanjian Kredit
Investasi Ekspor pada tanggal 12 Desember 2024 atas
adanya perpanjangan jangka waktu dan penataan kembali
struktur fasilitas KIE 1 dalam rangka penyelesaian. Terkait hal
ini Perseroan telah melakukan penataan ulang kembali utang
sebesar USD 10.319.945 kepada Indonesia Eximbank sampai
dengan Desember tahun 2030.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The company and Indonesia Eximbank have signed the
Facts Eleventh Amendment to the Export Investment Credit
Agreement on December 12th, 2024, regarding the extension
of the term and restructuring of the KIE 1 facility structure in
order to complete the transaction. In this regard, the company
has restructured its debt of USD 10,319,945 to Indonesia
Eximbank until December 2030.
