Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Melalui surat ini kami memberitahukan bahwa telah dilakukan
penambahan modal pada perusahaan PT Indonesia
Infrastructure Finance atau IIF. Penambahan modal ini
sebelumnya telah disetujui dalam Risalah Rapat Pemegang
Saham pada tanggal 26 November 2024.
Adapun rincian penambahan modal adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Jumlah Modal yang Ditambahkan : Rp
545.000.000.000 (lima ratus empat puluh lima miliar Rupiah).
2. Sumber Dana : Setoran Pemegang Saham dari PT
Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), sehingga susunan
pemegang saham menjadi sebagaimana terlampir.
3. Tujuan Penambahan Modal : Dana hasil penerbitan
ini akan digunakan oleh IIF untuk memperkuat modal kerja,
guna mendukung tujuan pengembangan bisnis IIF.
4. Tanggal Penerimaan atau Tanggal Efektif Dana : 13
Desember 2024.
Kami memastikan bahwa seluruh proses penambahan modal
ini dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum dan
perundangan undangan yang berlaku. Akta Notaris atas
penambahan modal tersebut akan kami sampaikan setelah
tersedia.

Description of Material Information or Through this letter, we would like to inform you that an
Facts additional capital injection has been made to PT Indonesia
Infrastructure Finance or IIF. This capital increase was
previously approved in the Minutes of the Shareholders'
meeting held on November 26, 2024.
The details of the capital increase are as follows:
1. Amount of Additional Capital : IDR 545,000,000,000
(five hundred forty five billion Rupiah).
2. Source of Funds : Shareholder Contributions from PT
Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), therefore, the composition
of shareholders as attached.
3. Purpose of the Capital Increase: The proceeds from
this issuance will be used by IIF to strengthen its working
capital to support the business development objectives of IIF.
4. Date of Receipt or Effective Date: December 13,
2024.
We ensure that the entire process of this capital increase has
been carried out in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations. As soon as the Notarial Deed for this capital
increase is finalized, we will provide the document.
