Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 16 Desember 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
ELSA), anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang
tergabung dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, berhasil
menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan survei seismik di
sepanjang tahun 2024. Sebagai salah satu core business
perusahaan, survei seismik menjadi elemen penting dalam
mendukung eksplorasi dan pengembangan sektor hulu migas
nasional. Dalam periode ini, Elnusa berhasil menyelesaikan
beberapa survei seismik besar di wilayah strategis Indonesia.
Deputi Eksplorasi, Pengembangan dan Manajemen Wilayah
Kerja SKK Migas, Benny Lubiantara sebelumnya telah
mengatakan bahwa target pengeboran sumur eksplorasi
migas diproyeksikan sebanyak 57 sumur di 2023, lalu naik
dengan target 97 sumur pada 2024. Serta pada 2025 dan
seterusnya ditargetkan pengeboran bisa mencapai di atas 100
sumur. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa proyeksi survei
seismik ke depan juga akan terus meningkat dan Elnusa siap
untuk mengambil peran berkontribusi sesuai dengan
kompetensi seismic Elnusa yang telah memiliki reputasi baik
selama ini.
Beberapa proyek utama yang berhasil diselesaikan Elnusa
pada tahun ini termasuk survei 2D Amalia dengan klien
Pertamina EP. Program ini dimulai pada Februari 2024 dan
mencakup area sepanjang 234.000 KM/5.200 Titik Tembak,
yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Muara Enim, Ogan Komering
Ulu, dan Lahat, dengan cakupan kecamatan seperti Lawang
Kidul, Tanjung Agung, Lubai Ulu, dan Penukal Abab. Survei ini
berhasil diselesaikan pada Juli 2024.
Selanjutnya, survei 2D Amalia Extension yang dimulai pada
Juli 2024 bekerja sama dengan Pertamina Hulu Energi
mencakup wilayah sepanjang 155.000 KM/2.184 Titik Tembak.
Survei ini berfokus pada wilayah Kabupaten Muara Enim,
Ogan Komering Ulu, dan Lahat, dengan total cakupan 51
desa. Proyek ini berhasil diselesaikan pada September 2024.
Selain itu, proyek survei 3D Balam Southeast yang dilakukan
untuk Pertamina Hulu Rokan juga menunjukkan performa
unggul Elnusa. Survei ini mencakup area seluas 303
sqKM/16.742 Titik Tembak, di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, dengan
pelaksanaan yang dimulai September 2024 hingga selesai
pada April 2025.
Dari Karawang, Elnusa juga telah merampungkan akuisisi data
seismik 3D Kepuh untuk PT Pertamina EP Zona 7 pada 23
Maret 2024 lalu, alias lebih cepat enam bulan dari target yang
ditetapkan. Elnusa mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan akuisisi
data seismik 3D dengan 25.356 titik tembak di area seluas 501
km2 yang mencakup 19 kecamatan dan 131 desa di
Kabupaten Karawang dengan jam kerja selamat mencapai
1.759.900 Man Hours.
Menuju kawasan timur Indonesia, pada akhir Juni 2024 lalu
Elnusa juga sukses menuntaskan kegiatan survei seismik 3D
Offshore Bone dan SE Seram. Kegiatan survei seismik yang
merupakan bagian dari Komitmen Kerja Pasti (KKP) PHE
Jambi Merang di wilayah terbuka ini menggunakan kapal
survei Seismic Vessel HYSY 760 dan empat kapal pendukung.
Survei seismik dilakukan dengan metode akuisisi seismik 3D
Marine Streamer Broadband dengan memakai marine
streamer 4x8.500 meter.

Tercatat, survei seismik 3D Bone seluas 821 km2 di perairan
laut Kabupaten Bone mampu diselesaikan dalam waktu 26
hari atau lebih cepat 11 hari dari target yang ditetapkan.
Sementara survei 3D SE Seram di perairan laut Kabupaten
Seram Bagian Timur dengan luas 700 km2 bisa dirampungkan
dalam 59 hari atau lebih cepat 15 hari dari target.
Corporate Secretary Elnusa, Frida Lidwina menyampaikan,
"Keberhasilan survei seismik ini mencerminkan kemampuan
Elnusa untuk mendukung eksplorasi migas nasional secara
efektif. Data seismik yang kami hasilkan menjadi landasan
penting dalam menentukan strategi eksplorasi di masa depan,"
ungkapnya.
Menandai langkah baru di tahun 2024, Elnusa berhasil
mendapatkan kontrak dan memulai pekerjaan jasa seismic 2D
& 3D perdana di area konsesi tambang batubara di Kabupaten
Tanah Laut, Kalimantan Selatan. Survei ini menegaskan
kemampuan Elnusa dalam memperluas layanan geosains ke
sektor tambang batubara.
Selain itu, Elnusa juga tengah memulai pekerjaan survei
seismik 3D di Medco E&P wilayah Sumatra Selatan. Proyek ini
menjadi salah satu mega proyek Elnusa untuk pekerjaan
seismik jangka panjang hingga lima tahun ke depan.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 16 December 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
Facts ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under
Pertamina's Subholding Upstream, successfully completed
numerous seismic survey projects throughout 2024. As one of
the company's core businesses, seismic surveys play a crucial
role in supporting exploration and development in the national
upstream oil and gas sector. During this period, Elnusa
completed several major seismic surveys in strategic areas
across Indonesia.
Deputy of Exploration, Development, and Work Area
Management at SKK Migas, Benny Lubiantara, previously
stated that the target for oil and gas exploration drilling was
projected at 57 wells in 2023, increasing to 97 wells in 2024.
By 2025 and beyond, the target is expected to exceed 100
wells annually. This projection indicates a continuous rise in
seismic survey activities, and Elnusa is ready to contribute with
its well-established seismic expertise and reputation.
Some key projects successfully completed by Elnusa this year
include the 2D Amalia Survey for client Pertamina EP. This
program commenced in February 2024, covering an area of
234,000 KM/5,200 shot points across Muara Enim, Ogan
Komering Ulu, and Lahat regencies, including sub-districts
such as Lawang Kidul, Tanjung Agung, Lubai Ulu, and
Penukal Abab. This survey was completed in July 2024.
Following this, the 2D Amalia Extension Survey, which began
in July 2024 in collaboration with Pertamina Hulu Energi,
covered 155,000 KM/2,184 shot points. This survey focused
on areas within Muara Enim, Ogan Komering Ulu, and Lahat
regencies, encompassing a total of 51 villages. This project
was successfully completed in September 2024.
Additionally, the 3D Balam Southeast Survey for Pertamina
Hulu Rokan demonstrated Elnusa's superior performance. This
survey covered an area of 303 sqKM/16,742 shot points in
Rokan Hulu Regency, with operations starting in September
2024 and scheduled for completion by April 2025.
From Karawang, Elnusa also successfully completed the 3D
Kepuh Seismic Data Acquisition project for PT Pertamina EP
Zona 7 on March 23, 2024, six months ahead of the target
deadline. Elnusa managed to acquire 25,356 shot points over
an area of 501 km2, covering 19 sub-districts and 131 villages
in Karawang Regency, achieving a total safe working time of
1,759,900 Man Hours.
In Eastern Indonesia, Elnusa successfully completed the 3D
Offshore Bone and SE Seram Seismic Surveys at the end of
June 2024. These surveys were part of the PHE Jambi
Merang Work Commitment Program in open areas, utilizing
the Seismic Vessel HYSY 760 and four support vessels. The
surveys employed the 3D Marine Streamer Broadband seismic
acquisition method using marine streamers of 4x8,500 meters.
The 3D Bone Seismic Survey, covering 821 km2 in the waters
of Bone Regency, was completed in 26 days, 11 days ahead
of the target. Meanwhile, the 3D SE Seram Seismic Survey,
covering 700 km2 in the waters of East Seram Regency, was
completed in 59 days, 15 days ahead of the target.
Elnusa's Corporate Secretary, Frida Lidwina, stated, "The

effectively support national oil and gas exploration. The
seismic data we produce is a crucial foundation for determining
future exploration strategies."
Marking a new milestone in 2024, Elnusa successfully secured
and commenced its inaugural 2D and 3D seismic services
contract in a coal mining concession area in Tanah Laut
Regency, South Kalimantan. This project highlights Elnusa's
capability to expand its geoscience services into the coal
mining sector.
In addition, Elnusa has also begun a 3D seismic survey project
for Medco E&P in South Sumatra. This project is one of
Elnusa's mega seismic projects, projected to span a long-term
period of five years.
