Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 11 Desember 2024, WSKT telah mengadakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Obligasi dimana jumlah pemegang
Obligasi yang hadir tidak mencapai kuorum kehadiran Rapat
Umum Pemegang Obligasi sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal
10 Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan Obligasi IV Waskita Karya
Tahun 2022, Akta No. 11, tanggal 11 Maret 2022, yang dibuat
di hadapan Ashoya Ratam, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta
Selatan, berikut perubahan-perubahannya (Perjanjian
Perwaliamanatan).
WSKT dan Wali Amanat akan menentukan waktu untuk
mengadakan RUPO kembali dan akan melakukan panggilan
untuk RUPO kembali kepada para pemegang Obligasi sesuai
dengan ketentuan Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Mengingat kuorum kehadiran RUPO tanggal 11 Desember
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan 2024 tidak tercapai, maka RUPO tidak dapat mengambil
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keputusan yang sah.

Perusahaan Publik WSKT dan Wali Amanat akan menentukan waktu untuk
mengadakan RUPO kembali dan akan melakukan panggilan
untuk RUPO kembali kepada para pemegang Obligasi sesuai

Implementation Report of the General Meeting of Bondholders
Type of Material Information or Facts Waskita Karya Shelf Registration Bonds IV Year 2022
Description of Material Information or On December 11th, 2024, WSKT held the General Meeting of
Facts Bondholders, but the number of Bondholders present did not
meet the quorum required for the General Meeting of
Bondholders as stipulated in Article 10 of the Trust Agreement
for Waskita Karya IV Bonds 2022, Deed No. 11, dated March
11, 2022, executed before Ashoya Ratam, S.H., M.Kn., Notary
in South Jakarta, along with its amendments (Trustee
Agreement).
WSKT and the Trustee will determine a new date to reconvene
the General Meeting of Bondholders and will issue a call for
the reconvened meeting to the Bondholders in accordance
with the provisions of the Trust Agreement.
