tingkat pengembalian atau IRR sebesar sekitar
1596 hingga 1896 per tahun, khusus untuk proyek
LNG diharapkan payback period sekitar 3 tahun
untuk payback period dan untuk Pembangkit
Listrik Tenaga Diesel (PLTD) sekitar 3,5 tahun, dan
untuk pendanaannya atas kedua proyek
didapatkan dari pendanaan pihak ketiga baik dari
Bank maupun institusi finansial lainnya.

1. Proyek — proyek yang sedang dikaji ada
beberapa yang tentu saja merupakan proyek
greenfield, perseroan lebih fokus proyek —
proyek listrik yang bersifat Renewable energy
- energi terbarukan seperti pembangkit listrik
tenaga surya, tenaga air, tenaga angin,
maupun pengolahan limbah/ waste to energi,
namun yang sedang dikaji saat ini mengarah ke
proyek shortlisted,

Each project has an average internal rate of return
(IRR) of approximately 1596 to 1846 per year.
Specifically, the LNG project is expected to have a
payback period of around 3 years, while the Diesel
Power Plant (PLTD) is estimated to have a payback
period of approximately 3.5 years. The funding for
both projects comes from third-party financing,
including banks and other financial institutions.

1. What power plant projects are targeted for
acguisition by the Company?

2. How many have been shortlisted so far?

1. The projects under review include several
greenfield projects. The Company is primarily
focused on renewable energy projects, such as
solar power plants, hydropower, wind power, and
waste-to-energy projects. However, the current
focus is on projects that are moving towards being

2. Untuk proyek shortlisted, belum banyak yang
mengarah ke renewable energi. Saat ini baru
pembangkit listrik mesin gas dan proyek PLTD
lainnya. Saat ini terdapat 2-3 proyek yang
sedang dalam kajian tapi masih dalam tahap
awal namun manajemen belum dapat
menyampaikan informasi lebih detail

1. Berapa proyeksi pendapatan dan laba sampai
akhir 2024? dan bagaimana proyeksi atau
guidance pendapatan tahun depan? Apa

2. Ingin konfirmasi ulang soal proyek LNG di Jawa

1. Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2024,
kemungkinan besar tetap kontribusi terbesar
dari investasi pada PT Mitratama Perkasa,
dimana per September 2024 tidak terlalu
perbedaan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya
sehingga kinerja Perseroan kurang lebih sama
dibandingkan dengan tahun 2023.

juta, pembiayaan sepertinya telah
disampaikan dari pinjaman bank serta

1. By the end of 2024, the largest contribution is still
expected to come from the investment in PT
Mitratama Perkasa. As of September 2024, the
performance has not shown significant
differences compared to the previous year, so the
Company's performance is projected to be similar
to 2023.

2. The investment for the LNG project is
approximately USD 20 million. Financing will
primarily come from bank loans and third-party
loans. The revenue target from this project is USD
3.8 million per year, but production is estimated to
begin in mid-2025, effectively contributing for
only six months.

3. Belum ada rencana baru untuk terminal LNG
hanya pada proyek yang telah disampaikan,
namun untuk dan untuk processing LNG, jika
ada kesempatan Perseroan akan terus
berpartisipasi. Perseroan melihat merupakan
produk yang cukup menarik dalam hal transisi
energi menuju energi non fosil.
