Obyek Transaksi adalah sewa sebagian bangunan untuk kantor dengan luas 66 meter? di Jalan Mayjend Sungkono KM 3.1, Prambangan, Kebomas, Gresik, dengan nilai sewa sebesar Rp. 60.000.000,- untuk 1 tahun (periode sewa menyewa mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2025 - 31 Desember 2025). PT. Indospring Tbk has signed office space lease agreement with PT. Indoprima Investama (“IIV”). The object of the transaction is the lease of a part of the building for an office, with an area of 66 meters? on Jalan Mayjend Sungkono KM 3.1, Prambangan, Kebomas, Gresik, with a lease costs of Rp 60,000,000.- for 1 year (lease period from January 1, 2025 — December 31, 2025).
