Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Fact Perseroan telah mendirikan anak perusahaan baru dengan nama PT MD Produksi Indonesia (MDPI) yang dinyatakan dalam Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas No. 07 tanggal 10 Desember 2024 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah S.H., M.H. / The Company has established a new subsidiary named PT MD Produksi Indonesia (MDPI) as stated in the Deed of Establishment of the Limited Liability Company No. 07 dated December 10, 2024 made in front of Notary Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah S.H., M.H.
