        Perseroan, agar dijelaskan informasi terkini terkait dengan pengunduran tersebut dan apakah terdapat
        keterkaitan dengan rencana merger EXCL dan FREN? // In connection with the resignation process of Mrs
        Dian Siswarini as President Director of the Company, please explain the latest information related to the
        resignation and whether there is a connection with the planned merger of EXCL and FREN?

        Sesuai dengan yang telah disampaikan dalam keterbukaan informasi pada tanggal 4 Desember 2024,
        bahwa pengunduran diri dikarenakan alasan pribadi, dan tidak ada keterkaitan dengan rencana merger
        EXCL dan FREN. //
        As stated in the information disclosure on December 4, 2024, the resignation is due to personal reasons
        and is not related to the planned merger between EXCL and FREN.


        c.       Sehubungan dengan adanya pengunduran diri Presiden Direktur Perseroan dan cuti masal oleh
        serikat pekerja Perseroan, agar dijelaskan apakah: // In connection with the resignation of the Company's
        President Director and mass leave by the Company's labour union, please explain whether:

        i.        hal tersebut berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan? Agar dijelaskan tingkat
        materialitasnya. // does it have any impact on the Company's operational activities? Please explain the
        materiality level.

        Pengunduran diri Presiden Direktur Perseroan dan cuti masal oleh Serikat Pekerja Perseroan tidak
        berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasinal perseroan.//
        The resignation of the Company's President Director and the collective leave by the Company's Workers
        Union do not impact the company's operational activities.

        ii.      hal tersebut berdampak terhadap rencana merger? apa saja kendala yang dihadapi dalam
        rencana merger EXCL dan FREN tersebut? // does it has an impact on the merger plan? What are the
        obstacles faced in the EXCL and FREN merger plan?

        Proses rencana merger tidak berdampak dengan adanya penyampaian pengunduran diri Presiden
        Direktur Perseroan dan cuti masal oleh Serikat Pekerja. Dapat disampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 11
        Desember 2024, Perseroan telah menyampaikan dan mengumumkan Rencangan Penggabungan Usaha
        (Rencana Merger) kepada Masyarakat melalui surat kabar, website, BEI dan penyampaian kepada OJK//
        The planned merger process is not impacted by the resignation of the Company's President Director and
        the collective leave by the Workers Union. The Company has announced the Draft Merger Plan to the
        public through newspapers, website, IDX, and submitted it to OJK.

        d.     Apakah terdapat potensi pengakhiran hubungan terhadap sebagian karyawan EXCL dan/atau
        FREN akibat rencana merger tersebut? // Is there a potential termination of employment of some
        employees of EXCL and/or FREN as a result of the merger plan?

        Untuk memastikan transisi yang lancar dalam proses penggabungan antara EXCL dan FREN,
        manajemen dari masing-masing EXCL dan FREN tidak berencana untuk memberhentikan karyawan.
        Seluruh karyawan akan menjadi karyawan dari Perusahaan yang Menerima Penggabungan. Ketentuan
        kerja yang ada untuk semua karyawan sepenuhnya dijamin dan akan tetap tidak berubah untuk
        bertransisi ke, dan menjadi bagian dari, Perusahaan yang Menerima Penggabungan.//
        To ensure a smooth transition on this merger process between EXCL and FREN, the management of
        each EXCL and FREN does not plan to terminate any of their respective employees. All employees will
        become employees of the Surviving Company. The existing employment terms of all employees is fully
        guaranteed and shall remain unchanged to transition to, and become part of, the Surviving Company.
  2.    Informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup
        perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.

         Sampai saat ini, tidak ada informasi atau kejadian penting yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
         kelangsungan hidup Perseroan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan yang dapat kami
         sampaikan. Dalam hal terdapat informasi material yang terjadi pada Perseroan, informasi material
         tersebut akan diinformasikan dan/atau diungkapkan oleh Perseroan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
         berlaku.//
         As of now, there is no other important information or event which material and can affect the sustainability
         of the Company and the stock price. In the event there is any material information, the Company will
         inform and/or disclose such material information in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

           Berkenaan dengan pemberitaan media tersebut mengenai pengunduran diri Presiden Direktur PT XL
           Axiata Tbk adalah benar sebagaimana yang telah kami sampaikan dalam keterbukaan informasi pada
           tanggal 4 Desember 2024 kepada OJK, BEI dan Masyarakat.
           Selanjutnya berkenaan dengan pemberitaan mengenai adanya cuti masal yang dilakukan oleh Serikat
           Pekerja Perseroan juga adalah benar. Perseroan telah menerima pemberitahuan dari Serikat Pekerja XL
           Axiata pada tanggal 5 Desember 2024, yang menyampaikan rencana dari Serikat Pekerja untuk
           melakukan cuti pada tanggal 6 Desember 2024.
           Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa cuti adalah hak dari karyawan yang diatur oleh Peraturan Perusahaan, dan
           ketentuan lainnya yang berlaku. Adapun cuti yang dilakukan oleh Serikat Pekerja tersebut telah
           memperhatikan prosedur dan ketentuan internal yang berlaku. Perseroan menghargai hak karyawan
           dalam menggunakan cuti tersebut.//
           Regarding the media reports about the resignation of the President Director of PT XL Axiata Tbk, it is true
           as we have disclosed in the disclosure of information submitted on December 4, 2024, to OJK, IDX, and
           the public.
           Furthermore, regarding the reports about the collective leave taken by the company's Workers Union, this
           is also true. The company received a notification from the XL Axiata Workers Union on December 5, 2024,
           informing of the Workers Union's plan to take leave on December 6, 2024.
           We can inform you that leave is an employee's right as regulated by the Company Regulations and other
           applicable provisions. The leave taken by the Workers Union has adhered to the internal procedures and
           applicable provisions. The company respects the employees' rights to use their leave.

           b.      Sehubungan dengan proses pengunduran diri Ibu Dian Siswarini selaku Presiden Direktur
           Perseroan, agar dijelaskan informasi terkini terkait dengan pengunduran tersebut dan apakah terdapat

         keterkaitan dengan rencana merger EXCL dan FREN? // In connection with the resignation process of Mrs
