Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/Description of | Pada tanggal 18 Juni 2026, Perseroan telah menerima Material Information or Facts: surat pengunduran diri dari Satoshi Nishikawa, Osamu Okamoto dan Sotaro Hidaka dari jabatannya masing- masing sebagai anggota Direksi Perseroan, seluruhnya tertanggal 17 Juni 2026. Sesuai surat-surat pengunduran diri tersebut, maka pengunduran diri akan efektif sejak penutupan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan pada tahun 2026. On 18 June 2026, the Company received resignation letters dated June 17, 2026 from Satoshi Nishikawa, Osamu Okamoto, Sotaro Hidaka from their respective positions on the Board of Directors of the Company. According to the resignation letters, the resignations shall be effective upon and as from the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that will be conducted in the year of 2026.
