Berapa target gross profit tahun 2024? Berapa target gross profit 2025? Apa rencana aksi korporasi 2025 atau juga growth inorganic plan? Jawaban: a b. Target kami untuk penutupan EBITDA tahun 2024 adalah mencapai USD 700-800 jutaan. Untuk target gross profit tahun 2025 sampai saat ini kami masih dalam tahap penyusunan final anggaran. Kami memperkirakan bahwa EBITDA yang kami capai di 2024 bisa tetap tercapai di 2025. Dengan kontribusi utama kami tetap akan berasal dari pertambangan batu bara dan capex kami ke depannya untuk pengembangan bisnis teknologi. Sebagaimana telah disebutkan juga oleh Bapak Daniel, kami rencananya juga akan melakukan — efisiensi biaya — di bisnis pertambangan dan perdagangan batu bara, dan untuk bisnis teknologi, sama seperti tahun ini, kami akan mengembangkan infrastruktur jaringan FTTH MyRepublic. What are the corporate action plans for 2025 or the inorganic growth plans? Answer: a. Our target for the end-of-year EBITDA in 2024 is approximately USD 700-800 million. b. For the gross profit target in 2025, we are currently in the final budgeting stage. We estimate that the EBITDA we achieved in 2024 may also be achieved in 2025. Our main contribution will still come from coal mining and our capex in the future for the development of the technology business. As mentioned by Mr. Daniel, we also plan to do cost efficiency in the coal mining and trading business, and for the technology business, just like this year, we will develop MyRepublic FTTH infrastructure network. The Company is still observing the opportunities, if there is a corporate action or an inorganic plan, the Company will provide information disclosure regarding this matter in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.

Jawaban:
Pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2024, Perseroan telah
mengalihkan 24.815.000 saham hasil pembelian
kembali saham kepada pihak ketiga. Perseroan akan
melanjutkan untuk melakukan pengalihan saham
hasil Pembelian Kembali Saham hingga sebanyak-
banyaknya 60 juta lembar saham ke publik.

On August 8, 2024, the Company transferred
24,815,000 shares resulting from Ihe shares' buyback
to third parties. The Company will continue to transfer
shares resulting from the shares' buyback up to a
maximum of 60 million shares to the public.

Jawab Sosial Lingkungan (“TJSL”) Perseroan
untuk periode sampai dengan tanggal 31

a. This is due to the Company's fertilizer sales being
focused on sales to the Sinarmas group, hence
fertilizer sales have not yet reached NTT.

("CSER") of the Company for the period up to
December 31, 2023, it can be accessed on the
Company's website. Furthermore, if there are any

Answer:
Currentiy, the Company does not have definilive plans
to issue new bonds. However, the decision will be
considered based on the development of economic
conditions and the strategic needs of the Company's
group in the future.

Jawaban: Saat ini Perseroan belum berencana untuk melaksanakan stock split kembali di tahun depan. Hal ini juga dikarenakan berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku, dalam jangka waktu 12 (dua belas) bulan sejak tanggal pelaksanaan stock split sebelumnya, terdapat larangan bagi perusahaan yang baru melaksanakan stock split untuk melaksanakan stock split kembali.
