Operational Updates of
PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk.
Direksi PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (“Perseroan”, dan bersama dengan anak
perusahaannya, “Grup”) dengan ini memberikan informasi terkini mengenai operasional
Ciemas Gold Project.
Direksi ingin menyampaikan informasi terbaru bahwa Kabupaten Sukabumi, lokasi Ciemas
Gold Project milik Grup berada, telah terdampak oleh curah hujan berintensitas tinggi yang
disebabkan oleh La Nina, bencana hidrometeorologi yang telah berlangsung sejak awal
Desember 2024. Curah hujan berintensitas tinggi ini telah menyebabkan banjir bandang,
tanah longsor, pemadaman listrik, serta kerusakan pada jalan dan jembatan. Akibat
pemadaman listrik tersebut, Fasilitas Pengolahan Grup di Ciemas Gold Project mengalami
hambatan operasional karena kekurangan pasokan listrik. Meskipun Grup dapat
menggunakan generator dengan bahan bakar cadangan, operasi hanya dapat dilakukan
untuk sementara. Hal ini dikarenakan kerusakan jalan dan jembatan menyebabkan vendor
tidak dapat mengirimkan pasokan bahan bakar baru ke lokasi tambang. Alat berat milik Grup
untuk pertambangan juga turut dikerahkan untuk membantu upaya tanggap darurat di
wilayah sekitar.
Meskipun demikian, hingga saat ini tidak ada kerusakan pada infrastruktur Fasilitas
Pengolahan Grup, serta infrastruktur pendukungnya, dan semua jumlah karyawan di lokasi
tambang dalam kondisi baik.
Berdasarkan prakiraan cuaca yang diberikan oleh Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan
Geofisika Indonesia / BMKG, hujan berintensitas tinggi yang disebabkan oleh fenomena La
Nina ini diperkirakan masih akan berlangsung hingga April 2025. Perusahaan akan terus
memantau situasi dan membuat pengumuman (update) jika ada perkembangan material,
termasuk dampak keuangan material terhadap Grup, jika ada.
Para pemegang saham dan calon investor Perusahaan diingatkan untuk berhati-hati saat
bertransaksi dalam sekuritas Perusahaan dan disarankan untuk membaca pengumuman ini
dan pengumuman lebih lanjut oleh Perusahaan dengan saksama. Jika ragu, pemegang
saham dan calon investor Perusahaan harus berkonsultasi dengan pialang saham, manajer
bank, pengacara, akuntan, atau penasihat profesional lainnya jika mereka ragu tentang
tindakan yang harus mereka ambil.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (the “Company”, and
together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to provide an operational update on the
Group’s Ciemas Gold Project.
The Board would like to update that the Sukabumi Regency, where the Group’s Ciemas Gold
Project is located at, has been affected by the heavy rainfall caused by La Nina, a
hydrometeorological disaster since early December 2024. The heavy rainfall had caused flash
floods, landslides, power outage, and damage to roads and bridges. As a result of the power
outage, the Group’s Processing Facility at the Ciemas Gold Project is unable to operate due
to the lack of electricity. Whilst the Group is able to use the back-up fuel generators, operations
can only be sustained temporarily. In addition, damages to the roads and bridges have
prevented vendors from delivering new supplies of fuel to the mine site. The Group’s heavy
equipment for mining has also been deployed to assist in emergency efforts in the surrounding
areas.
Notwithstanding, there has been no damage to the infrastructure of the Group’s Processing
Facility, as well as its supporting infrastructure to-date, and all headcount on the mine site has
been accounted for.
Based on weather forecasts provided by the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics
Agency of Indonesia / BMKG, heavy rainfall caused by the La Nina phenomenon is expected
to last till April 2025. The Company will continue to monitor the situation and make appropriate
announcement(s) as and when there are material developments, including material financial
impact to the Group, if any.
Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are reminded to exercise caution when
dealing in the securities of the Company and are advised to read this announcement and any
further announcements by the Company carefully. When in doubt, shareholders and potential
investors of the Company should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors,

should take.
