Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi. Dengan ini, Direksi PT Cakra Buana
Resources Energi Tbk. (“Perseroan”), mengundang seluruh investor, calon investor, analisis, wartawan serta pelaku
pasar modal lainnya, untuk dapat hadir di acara Paparan Publik (”Public Exposes”) Tahun 2024 yang akan
diselenggarakan pada:

Regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning Obligations to Submit Information. With this, the
Directors of PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk. ("Company"), invites all investors, potential investors, analysts,
journalists and other capital market players, to attend the Public Expose ("Public Exposes") for 2024 which will be
held on:

Day/Date : Monday, December 23th 2024
Waktu : Pukul 14.00 WIB - Selesai
Time : 14.00 Western Indonesian Time – Finish
Tempat : Zoom Webinar Meeting (tautan disampaikan terpisah)
Place : Zoom Webinar Meeting (links are provided separately)
Direksi Perseroan akan hadir seluruhnya. Bagi calon Peserta yang berminat untuk mengikuti acara Paparan Publik
(”Public Exposes) dapat melakukan pendaftaran dengan tata cara sebagai berikut :

1. Seluruh Peserta wajib melakukan pendaftaran dengan mengisi formulir registrasi pendaftaran melalui tautan
bit.ly/PendaftaranPublicExposesCBRE2024
All participants are required to register by filling in the registration form via the link

2. Batas waktu registrasi pendaftaran adalah sampai dengan hari Jumat, 20 Desember 2024 pukul 18.00 WIB.
The deadline for registration is Friday, December 20th 2024 at 18.00 WIB.
3. Perseroan akan mengirimkan tautan Zoom Meeting ke alamat e-mail peserta yang telah didaftarkan.
The Company will send a Zoom Meeting link to the e-mail addresses of registered participants.
