Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bapak Achmad Sutjipto yang menjabat selaku Komisaris Utama dan Komisaris Independen, yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Komite Audit dan Ketua Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi Perseroan, telah meninggal dunia pada tanggal 18 Juni 2026. Information Description or Material Fact Mr. Achmad Sutjipto, who served as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner, and also held the positions of Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, passed away on June 18, 2026. Impact of Event, Information or Material Fact: There is no material adverse impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition or business continuity of the issuer or public company. Others remarks In connection with the foregoing, the Company will promptly convene a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to fill the vacant positions of President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner, while continuing to comply with the applicable laws and regulations, as well as filling the positions of the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
