                                              Notary CHARLES HERMAWAN, SH for the Increase in
                                              Authorised Capital and additional paid-up capital of PT
                                              Kencana Makmur Propertindo amounting to Rp.153,000,000
                                              so that the structure of the Authorised Capital and Issued
                                              Capital becomes as follows:
                                              1.        Authorised Capital: Authorised Capital: Rp.
                                              1,600,000,000 divided into 1,600 shares.
