                                              Notary CHARLES HERMAWAN, SH for the Increase in
                                              Authorised Capital and additional paid-up capital of PT
                                              Kencana Maju Propertindo amounting to Rp.179,000,000 so
                                              that the structure of the Authorised Capital and Issued Capital
                                              becomes as follows:
