                                              Notary CHARLES HERMAWAN, SH for the Increase in
                                              Authorised Capital and additional paid-up capital of PT
                                              Kencana Gemilang Propertindo amounting to Rp.179,000,000
                                              so that the structure of Authorised Capital and Issued Capital
                                              becomes as follows:
                                              1.        Authorised Capital: Authorised Capital: Rp.
                                              3,004,000,000 divided into 3,004 shares.
                                              2.        Issued and Fully Paid-up Capital: Rp 751,000,000
