               Humpuss Maritim Concludes 2024 Capex Realization
              with Fleet Expansion for the Eastern Indonesia Market

Jakarta – PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (“Stock Code: HUMI” or “the Company”), an
energy distribution and infrastructure company as well as a port ecosystem provider,
announced the acquisition of three vessels to strengthen its fleet. The newly acquired units
include two tugboats with capacities of 2000 HP and 1600 HP, and a 300-feet barge. This
investment is part of HUMI's efforts through its subsidiary, PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah
(HTC), to meet the growing market demands, particularly in eastern Indonesia.

The procurement of these three vessels marks the completion of HUMI's 2024 capital
expenditure (Capex) realization. This addition increases the total number of vessels acquired
in 2024 to 10, surpassing the initial plan of nine vessels (which included one LNG vessel that
was not realized).

HUMI's President Director, Tirta Hidayat, stated, “This year-end fleet acquisition is a concrete
step to support the increasing demand in eastern Indonesia's maritime logistics market, which
continues to show significant growth. These additional vessels will enhance HTC's capability,
as our subsidiary, in supporting port operations in the region.”

The end-of-2024 fleet expansion includes 2000 HP and 1600 HP tugboats to handle various
operational needs, such as towing large vessels in coastal waters. Meanwhile, the 300-feet
barge will enhance cargo transportation services with greater capacity, thereby improving
operational efficiency in areas with limited port access.

With these vessels, HTC's tugboat operations are set to commence in early 2025. This
initiative aligns with HUMI's commitment to supporting maritime economic development in
eastern Indonesia, consistent with the government's vision of strengthening inter-island
connectivity and boosting national logistics competitiveness.

2024 Capex Realization

Tirta further added, “The 2024 Capex realization exceeded the target in terms of the number
of vessels, reflecting our commitment to supporting the dynamic market demand. The fleet
expansion not only strengthens our position as a maritime service provider but also aligns
with our mission to enhance logistics connectivity in eastern Indonesia.”

However, in terms of investment value, this year's Capex realization fell short of the planned
target due to the cancellation of the LNG vessel acquisition, which involved significant

investment costs. "Although the LNG vessel purchase was not realized, we remain steadfast
in our vision to strengthen our services in the maritime logistics sector," Tirta explained.

HUMI is optimistic that the additional fleet, which will be fully operational by 2025, will
directly impact service capacity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
