Humpuss Transportasi Curah (“HTC”), anak usaha
Perseroan.

Purchase of I (one) set units of Vessel named:

a) TB Bintang Laut 203, and

b)  Barge Chandra 303.

(hereinafter reffered to as "Vessel"), by PT
Humpuss Transportasi Curah (“HTC”), a
sSubsidiary of the Company.

3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | 1. Jenis aset adalah 1 (satu) set Kapal yang terdiri

Type of asset is 1 (one) set of Vessel, with the

@) 1 (one) unit of Tug Boat Vessel:

b) 1 (one) unit of Barge Vessel.

2. Nilai perolehan atas 1 (satu) set Kapal adalah
sebesar Rp24.000.000.000,00 (dua puluh empat
miliar rupiah).

The total purchase price of 1 (one) set of Vessel
amounted to Rp24.000.000.000,00 (twenty- four
billion rupiah).

3. Sumber pendanaan untuk pembelian Kapal yaitu

sebesar 70y6 (tujuh puluh persen) berasal dari
pembiayaan bank dan 3090 (tiga puluh persen)
berasal dari keuangan internal.
The source of funding for the purchase of the
Vessel is 7049 (seventy percent) from bank
Jinancing and 3046 (thirty percent) from internal
financing.

4. Penjual dari Kapal tersebut adalah PT Bintang
Laut Sejahtera Sembilan Dua, sebuah
perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum
negara Republik Indonesia dan berdomisili di
Kota Jakarta, bukan merupakan afiliasi dari
Perseroan:

antara dua Perusahaan, yang berdasarkan
ketentuan Pasal 1 angka 1 huruf c Undang-
Undang No. 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal
(“UUPM”), tidak dikategorikan sebagai afiliasi,

Eguity value (based on the value stated in the
Company's Audited Financial Statements for the
2023 financial year):
