Dalam Rangka Pengembangan Kawasan Perumahan
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dan PT Ciputra Cipta Cemerlang yang merupakan
cucu usaha dari PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) telah
menandatangani perjanjian pada tanggal 6 Desember 2024
untuk melakukan Kerjasama
bisnis pengembangan tanah Perseroan yang terletak di
Lingkar Timur, Wedoro Klurak, Sidoarjo menjadi Kawasan
perumahan.
Proyek ini akan menjadi salah satu proyek Perseroan Bersama
CTRA dengan konsep perumahan hijau dan modern yang
strategis. Secara pasar, proyek ini akan mengisi kekosongan
pasar kelas menengah yang mencari konsep perumahan
modern dengan rentan harga yang relative tidak mahal.
Dengan dilakukannya Pengembangan tersebut, Perseroan
akan mendapatkan potensi peningkatan pendapatan maupun
laba Perseroan kedepannya dari hasil penjualan perumahan
tersebut.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan.

Facts of PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA), have signed an
agreement on December 6, 2024 to conduct a business
cooperation to develop the Company's land located in Lingkar
Timur, Wedoro Klurak, Sidoarjo into a residential area.
This project will be one of the Company's projects with CTRA
with a strategic green and modern housing concept. In terms
of the market, this project will fill the gap in the middle-class
market that is looking for a modern housing concept with a
relatively inexpensive price range.
The development will potentially increase the Company's
revenue and earnings in the future.
