Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan berakhirnya periode pelaksanaan
Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I
Samudera Indonesia ("PUB I Sukuk Ijarah") yang berlaku
efektif sejak 25 Juli 2023 dan merujuk pada Pasal 11 POJK
No.36/POJK.04/2014 tentang Penawaran Umum
Berkelanjutan Efek Bersifat Utang dan/atau Sukuk, dengan ini
kami sampaikan bahwa:
1. Total dana yang dihimpun kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
pada PUB I Sukuk Ijarah adalah senilai Rp1.750.000.000.000,-
(satu triliun tujuh ratus lima puluh miliar rupiah) dari target
dana senilai Rp2.000.000.000.000,- (dua triliun Rupiah).
2. Adapun alasan tidak terhimpunnya target dana hingga
berakhirnya periode PUB Sukuk Ijarah I adalah Perseroan
mempertimbangkan perkembangan situasi global dan serta
masih berjalannya proses evaluasi proyek-proyek potensial
yang akan didanai ke depan.

operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Type of Material Information or Facts Period for Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Samudera Indonesia
Description of Material Information or Pursuant to the end of period for the Continuous Public
Facts Offering of Continuity Sukuk Ijarah I (PUB I Sukuk Ijarah)
effective as of July 25, 2023 and referring to the Article 11 of
Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 36/POJK.04/2014
regarding Continuous Public Offerings of Debt Securities
and/or Sukuk, we hereby inform that:
1. The total funds raised as reported to the Financial Services
Authority under the PUB I Sukuk Ijarah amounted to
IDR1,750,000,000,000,- (one trillion seven hundred fifty billion
Rupiah) out of the target funds of IDR2,000,000,000,000,- (two
trillion Rupiah).
2. The reason for not reaching the target funds by the end of
the PUB I Sukuk Ijarah period is that the Company took into
consideration the developments in the global situation as well
as the ongoing evaluation process of potential projects to be
funded in the future.
