mengumumkan pelaksanaan Lelang Eksekusi Hak
Tanggungan yang akan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 15
September 2026, atas 2 (dua) bidang tanah SHGB No.
4035/Kel. Menteng dan SHGB No. 4269/Kel. Menteng.
Namun melalui Kuasa Hukum Perseroan telah mengambil
langkah dengan melakukan pemberitahuan dan peringatan
hukum melalui pengumuman Koran Di Kolom Harian Bisnis
Indonesia Dan Rakyat Merdeka yang terbit pada hari ini,
tanggal 11 September 2025, dikarenakan objek lelang tersebut
masih terdapat sengketa hukum.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material ini tidak memiliki dampak pada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan Perseroan dan kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or PT EURO TANADA, through the State Property and Auction
Facts Service Office KPKNL Jakarta V, has announced the
implementation of an Execution Auction of Mortgage Rights
scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, in
respect of two parcels of land, namely Building Rights Title
Number 4035 located in Menteng Sub District and Building
Rights Title Number 4269 located in Menteng Sub District.
However, through the Company Legal Counsel, the Company
has taken legal measures by issuing a legal notice and
warning through announcements published in the Business
Indonesia and Rakyat Merdeka daily newspapers on 11
September 2026, as the auction objects remain subject to
ongoing legal disputes.
