Pada tanggal 10 September 2026, Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Vibhav Panandiker dari jabatannya selaku Komisaris Perseroan dan Bapak Van Schoote Christian Pierre B dari jabatannya selaku Komisaris Independen Perseroan/On September 10, 2026, the Company received the resignation letters of Mr. Vibhav Panandiker from his position as Commissioner of the Company and Mr. Van Schoote Christian Pierre B from his position as Independent Commissioner of the Company.
