Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini disampaikan penjelasan kesiapan dana
pelunasan Obligasi II Hino Finance Indonesia Tahun 2023 Seri
B, sebagai berikut:
1. Dana untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi II Hino Finance
Indonesia Tahun 2023 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo pada
tanggal 11 Juli 2026 sebesar Rp 334.000.000.000,- (tiga ratus
tiga puluh empat miliar Rupiah) tersedia pada saat akan jatuh
tempo sesuai ketentuan;
2. Sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk pembayaran
Obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana operasional Perusahaan;
3. Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting
lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen Perusahaan terkait
hal-hal tersebut di atas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak negatif terhadap Perseroan terkait dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi ini. Laporan ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi ketentuan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Decree of the Board of Directors of Indonesia
Facts Stock Exchange Number KEP-00087/BEI/12-2025 Regarding
Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning the
Obligation to Submit Information, an explanation of the
readiness of the repayment fund of Bond II Hino Finance
Indonesia year 2023 Series B, as follows:
1. Funds for the principal payment of Bond II Hino Finance
Indonesia year 2023 Series B which will mature on July 11,
2026, in the amount of IDR 334,000,000,000 (three hundred
and thirty four billion Rupiah) is available at the time of maturity
according to the provisions;
2. The source of funds to be used to pay the Bonds comes
from the Company's operational funds.;
3. Until now, there have been no decisions or other important
matters made by the Company's management regarding the
above.
