surat permohonan pengunduran diri dari Ibu Yeap
Xin Yi dari jabatannya selaku Direktur Perseroan, yang
akan berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 1 Juli 2026.
Perseroan akan menindaklanjuti permohonan
pengunduran diri tersebut sesuai dengan anggaran
dasar Perseroan dan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku, sebagaimana relevan.
Summary of Material Information or Facts On June, 17th 2026, the Company has received a
resignation letter from Yeap Xin Yi from her position
as Director of the Company, which will be effective as
of 1st July 2026
The Company will process the pertaining resignation
request in accordance with the Company’s articles of
association and prevailing laws and regulations, as
relevant.
