Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 5 Desember 2024 - Menjelang akhir tahun 2024, PT
Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA IDX: ELSA), optimis menutup tahun
dengan kinerja positif. Hal ini didukung atas keberhasilan
perusahaan dalam menjaga konsistensi pada kinerja
operasional hampir di seluruh lini Bisnis. Mulai dari jasa hulu
migas, jasa distribusi dan logistik energi, hingga jasa
penunjang. Tercatat semenjak IPO pada 2008 silam, Elnusa
berhasil menutup 2023 dengan membukukan pencapaian laba
bersih tertinggi sepanjang sejarah sebesar Rp503 miliar.
Kinerja positif tersebut berlanjut hingga kuartal III 2024,
dengan mencatatkan laba bersih sebesar Rp551 miliar atau
tumbuh 35% dibandingkan periode yang sama pada tahun
2023 sebesar Rp407 miliar.
Sepanjang tahun ini, Elnusa terus menunjukkan
kemampuannya dalam menghadapi tantangan industri energi
melalui inovasi dan penguatan kerja sama strategis dengan
para mitra. Sementara itu, hal ini juga diperkuat oleh kontribusi
signifikan dari seluruh anak usahanya, yang telah
menunjukkan peran vital dalam setiap lini bisnisnya.

Maulina, mengungkapkan, "Kami bersyukur atas capaian yang
diraih sepanjang tahun ini, termasuk keberhasilan menjaga
operasi yang efisien dan pengelolaan aset strategis. Dengan

dengan kinerja yang positif," ujar Jayanty.
Keberhasilan ini juga didorong atas penerapan prinsip Health,
Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) yang ketat,
konsistensi terhadap pengembangan inovasi & teknologi yang
adaptif diseluruh lini bisnis, serta fokus pada keberlanjutan
bisnis melalui inisiatif Environmental, Social, and Governance
(ESG).
Memasuki tahun 2025, Elnusa telah menyiapkan serangkaian
strategi bisnis untuk menjaga momentum pertumbuhan dari
tahun sebelumnya. Adapun diantaranya meliputi kerja sama
strategis dengan menjalin kemitraan baru untuk memperluas
pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Elnusa terus
memperkuat langkah ekspansi dengan mengembangkan
layanan unggulan dalam pengelolaan unit bisnis pada jasa
distribusi & logistik energi dan jasa hulu migas, serta menjajaki
peluang investasi yang tepat guna.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 5 December 2024 - As 2024 approaches its end, PT
Facts Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA IDX: ELSA) expresses confidence in
closing the year with positive performance. This optimism is
supported by the company's success in maintaining consistent
operational performance across almost all business lines,
ranging from upstream oil and gas services, energy distribution
and logistics services, to supporting services. Since its IPO in
2008, Elnusa has achieved its highest-ever net profit in 2023,
amounting to IDR 503 billion. This positive trend continued
through the third quarter of 2024, with a net profit of IDR 551
billion, marking a 35% growth compared to the same period in
2023, which recorded IDR 407 billion.
Throughout this year, Elnusa has consistently demonstrated its
ability to navigate challenges within the energy industry
through innovation and strengthened strategic collaborations
with partners. This achievement has been further bolstered by
significant contributions from all of its subsidiaries, which have
played vital roles in their respective business segments.
Elnusa's Corporate Communication Manager, Jayanty Oktavia

this year, including maintaining efficient operations and
