SML 3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ Description of Information or material facts Berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Sinergi Multi Lestarindo Tbk (“SMLE”) tanggal 28 November 2024, yang salah satu keputusannya sebagai berikut:/ Based of Resolutions in Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder of PT Sinergi Multi Lestarindo Tbk (“SMLE”) dated November 28, 2024, one of its resolutions as follows: Menyetujui pengangkatan Ibu Dessy Sarendiani, selaku Direktur PT Sinergi Multi Lestarindo Tbk terhitung sejak ditutupnya Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa ini untuk masa jabatan yang sama dengan anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris berdasarkan Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham PT Sinergi Multi Lestarindo Tbk No. 61 Tanggal 16 Agustus 2023, yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Elizabeth Karina Leonita, Sarjana Hukum, Magister Kenotariatan, Notaris di kota administrasi Jakarta Selatan, Akta mana yang telah dilaporkan dan diberitahukan kepada Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia, nomor AHU-0048341.AH.01.02.Tahun 2023 Tanggal 16 Agustus 2023, dengan tidak mengurangi hak Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham untuk memberhentikan sewaktu-waktu./ To approve the appointment of Mrs. Dessy Sarendiani as Director of SMLE effective as of the closing of this Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder for the Same term of office as members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders Meeting Resolution PT Sinergi Multi Lestarindo Tbk No. 61 dated Augustus 16, 2023, drawn up before a Notary Elizabeth Karina Leonita, Bachelor of Law, Master of Notary, Notary in the administrative city of South Jakarta, which deed has been reported and notified to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, letter number AHU-0048341.AH.01.02.Tahun 2023 Dated 16 Agustus 2023, without prejudice to the right of the General Meeting of Shareholders to dismiss at any time.
