3. Uraian Informasi atau Merujuk pada keterbukaan informasi Perseroan terkait Rencana
Fakta Material Pembelian Kembali Saham dalam Kondisi Pasar yang Berfluktuasi
Secara Signifikan tanggal 16 Maret 2026, disampaikan bahwa
Perseroan berencana untuk melaksanakan pembelian kembali
saham sebanyak-banyaknya 1.800.000.000 (satu miliar delapan
ratus juta) lembar saham dengan alokasi dana maksimum sebesar
Rp1.700.000.000.000 (satu triliun tujuh ratus miliar Rupiah)
(termasuk biaya perantara pedagang efek dan biaya lainnya) selama
periode pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham, tanggal 17 Maret
2026 sampai dengan 16 Juni 2026.
Sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini, Perseroan telah
melakukan pembelian kembali saham sebanyak 492.683.100 (empat
ratus sembilan puluh dua juta enam ratus delapan puluh tiga ribu
seratus) lembar saham dengan total dana yang dikeluarkan sebesar
Rp237.616.994.328,00 (dua ratus tiga puluh tujuh miliar enam ratus
enam belas juta sembilan ratus sembilan puluh empat ribu tiga ratus
dua puluh delapan Rupiah) (termasuk biaya perantara pedagang
efek dan biaya lainnya).
Description of Material With reference to the Company’s disclosure of information regarding
Information or Facts the Proposed Buyback of Shares under Significantly Fluctuating
Market Conditions dated 16 March 2026, it is announced that the
Company has planned to conduct buyback of shares at a maximum of
1,800,000,000 (one billion eight hundred million) shares with a
maximum fund allocation of IDR1,700,000,000,000 (one trillion seven
hundred billion Rupiah) (including brokerage fees and other costs)
during the period of implementation of buyback of shares, from 17
March 2026 to 16 June 2026.
As of the date of this disclosure of information, the Company has
conducted a shares buyback of 492,683,100 (four hundred ninety-two
million six hundred eighty-three thousand one hundred) shares with a
total amount of funds utilized of Rp237,616,994,328.00 (two hundred
thirty-seven billion six hundred sixteen million nine hundred ninety-

four thousand three hundred twenty-eight Rupiah) (including
brokerage fees and other costs).
